He Weihong said that the manpower cost is not high and the clothing market is booming.

Like most small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, in 2009, He Weihong's clothing factory encountered the problem of "labor shortage".
At that time, He Weihong moved the factory from the town hall community to Wang Wu Village, the factory area expanded to 380 square meters, and the number of garment factory workers increased from more than 20 to more than 30, so as to develop and meet difficulties.
In order to retain workers, the clothing factory has also begun to implement the "bottom guard" wage measure: the monthly salary is 1500 yuan per month.

The manpower cost of garment factories has been greatly improved in recent years.

In He Weihong's view, the rising cost of labor is a common phenomenon in the entire garment industry.

Now, the average daily food expenses per worker has increased to 12 yuan / day.

In He Weihong's view, the growth of human cost is not the biggest worry, and the prosperity of the market is what he cares most.

"Nowadays, information and pportation are convenient, where the goods are cheap, and the quality of the goods is good, so the customers will definitely go directly, and it is no longer the time when information is blocked."
He Weihong suggested that the shopping center should establish an access system. If all the products are self produced, they will attract businessmen to come and buy.
"If I go on like this, I will choose to open a store in Guangzhou. Humen is only producing here."
He said ironically, some of the friends who had opened stores in the thirteen line of Guangzhou even met their former customers there.
