The Samaranch Sports Development Foundation Was Established In Beijing, And Anta Became A Governing Body.

In mid July 2012, the 11th anniversary day of Beijing's successful bid for the Olympic Games, the Samaranch sports development foundation was formally established in Beijing.

The leaders of China and Mr. Eugenio Bregolat, the Spanish ambassador to China and Javier Trillas, mayor of Barcelona, Spain, attended the ceremony. International Olympic Committee President Jacques Rogge sent a congratulatory message.

Anta works with Samaranch foundation to build an international sports exchange bridge

The Samaranch sports development foundation is a national non-public fund sponsored by the Samaranch family, registered in the Ministry of civil affairs and headed by the State Sports General Administration.

The original fund of the foundation was made up of donations from Samaranch family, International Olympic Committee, the Chinese Olympic Committee, the Spanish government, the Barcelona municipal government of Spain, and many other domestic and foreign organizations, and was strongly supported by the Beijing Olympic Development Promotion Association.

Ding Shizhong, chairman of the board of directors of Anta, was appointed Vice Chairman of the foundation at the foundation's founding ceremony.
