According to the statistics of the Autonomous Region Bureau of Statistics, from January to June 2012, the total industrial output value of enterprises above designated size in Guangxi's textile, clothing and leather industry was 19.892 billion yuan, up 56.20% year on year; The sales revenue was 18.331 billion yuan, up 59.64% year on year. Nanning Customs data shows that from January to June, the total export value of Guangxi's textile raw materials and textile products was 1.191 billion US dollars, an increase of 108% over the same period last year, and the total export value of leather and leather products was 99 million US dollars, an increase of 7.7% over the same period last year.
