Sun Ruizhe Analyzes How To Deal With The Slow Cycle Of Fast Fashion
There are three changes in Innovation: the first is the pformation from the individual to the system; the second is the change from closed to open innovation; the third is from the past focusing on the development and innovation of visible products, and the pformation from unordered innovation to orderly innovation.
The current severe economic situation has caused great pressure on the textile industry, and the whole industry is slowing down.
This slowdown is reflected in the external environment, especially the worsening market demand brought about by the worsening economic situation of the European Union, which slows the growth of the textile industry. This slowdown is not expected to be fundamentally changed in the next 1~2 years.
When it comes to change, we need to explore innovation.
There are three changes in innovation. The first is the pformation and innovation of individuals and systems.
In the future, competition is definitely not a single enterprise competition, but a competition between supply chain and supply chain. It is a competition between a cooperation system and another cooperation system, and it is a competition between centralized innovation and centralized innovation.
The second is the shift from closed to open innovation.
In the past, enterprises closed down and developed, and the closed mode had lagged behind.
Now, the IT industry is popular with several operating systems. Among them, the biggest advantage of Android system lies in opening up its own platform, attracting the whole society's strength to participate in the development.
Our textile enterprises should also establish this open mode.
The third is from the past focus on the development and innovation of tangible products, to focus on invisible innovation, from disorderly innovation to orderly innovation.
Discovery demand
Building a strong textile country is the objective need of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and creating demand is the basic point of building a strong textile country.
How can we create demand? How can we find demand?
First of all, we need to look at the consumption premise of our country.
At present, China's textile industry has accounted for nearly 83% of the domestic sales value of Enterprises above Designated Size, which fully demonstrates that the domestic market is the most important and most concerned market in the future.
In 2001, the per capita GDP of China's residents was 8622 yuan. According to international cases, this speed marked a rapid growth.
By 2010, the per capita GDP reached 19922 yuan, or 4430 US dollars.
According to the consulting firm's forecast, there are 5400 families in China's second tier cities, with total revenue expected to reach 2 trillion, three or four line households 160 million and total income more than 1 trillion.
The average annual growth rate of China's GDP is estimated by a relatively conservative 7.5%. In the next 10~20 years, the proportion of consumption in GDP will rise from 47.4% to over 62% in 2020.
But the figure of 62% is still lagging behind the average consumption rate of 67% in the international middle income countries.
Therefore, a reasonable market economy structure consumption rate should be to the level of middle-income countries in the world.
In terms of clothing consumption, the consumption per capita of urban residents in China was 777.4 yuan last year, and the average clothing per capita of rural residents was 341 yuan last year.
We estimate that by 2020, the per capita clothing expenditure of urban residents will be 12.5%.
The increase in clothing consumption shows that our living standard has increased and consumption has increased.
Secondly, lifestyle changes and tastes are gradually improving. People have higher aesthetic pursuit of quality subdivision.
This puts forward higher requirements for our textile industry, but at the same time, it creates a potential market.
In addition, in recent years, the application of industrial textiles is becoming wider and wider, and it is also the fastest growing industry.
In 2000, the use of industrial fiber was 1 million 740 thousand tons, breaking through 9 million tons last year. It is estimated that by 2020, industrial fiber will account for 27% of the total fiber consumption. By 2050, the proportion of industrial fiber will rise to 67%, that is, to occupy the market share of 2/3.
From a macro level, we have confidence in this potential demand growth.
Integrated resources
The biggest feature of the textile industry is the length of the industry chain. There is also an important contradiction that is slow cycle to fast fashion.
The textile industry is a vertical industry chain with a long production cycle, but downstream directly facing consumers, it needs to face the demand of fast fashion for consumers.
To solve this contradiction, as the upper reaches of the industrial chain, we must establish a production mode of planned economy, that is to say, by establishing large-scale production, large-scale inventory and large-scale sales system, we will arrange the production plan, which is called the PTS model.
downstream
clothing
In order to get closer to the market, we should establish a quick response mechanism for orders.
Whether upstream or downstream, we have a problem of how to integrate the resources of the industrial chain.
There are many successful cases at home and abroad. DuPont Lycra reverse integration of industrial chain resources. Lan Jing distribues fiber targets for downstream customers every year, and jointly develops specific varieties with downstream customers. At the end of the market, DuPont and Lan Jing carry out large-scale brand publicity, build consumer loyalty to the brand, and reverse integrate the whole industry chain.
There are also successful cases in China.
Take Haixing enterprise as an example, it has developed an organic PTT with corn as raw material, and Haixing is the exclusive partner of DuPont in China.
Development of a good fiber is important, but more importantly, the formation of the downstream industry chain echoes and cooperation, can quickly turn new fiber into products, quickly accepted by the market.
Suzhou's ambitions also have a unique integration mode. It combines a group of enterprises with capable upstream enterprises, and works with downstream enterprises to build up the tag.
Orderly innovation
From disorder to order, industrial pfer should be orderly, social construction should be orderly and innovation should be orderly.
At present, there are 5 breakthroughs in 50 billion of the textile industry, and Jiangsu Hengli is one of the 5 enterprises.
Jiangsu Hengli has established a unique development mode in the whole product development: the scale product development mode, the benefit product development mode, and around the product development, we have established different innovation teams, and established the science and technology innovation center, the popular trend research center, the quality management center and the rapid reaction center.
Jiangsu Hengli product development, innovation, planning is very orderly, is a real example of the vast number of enterprises around.
