After sterilization, the product enters the vacuum packaging of the 10000 meter purification workshop, and the whole production process is strictly controlled.

The nano silver particles in the products can be effectively bacteriostasis. Our products are certified by the CTTC national textile products quality supervision and inspection center, and the antibacterial rate reaches over 99%. After washing products for 50 times, our products still maintain more than 90% antibacterial rate, exceeding the AAA grade standard of FZ/T 73023-2006.

Reporter: how long does it take to complete the project?

Kingdom and: from March 2010 to the end of December 2011, we have been developing continuously, and this technology has been completed in nearly 2 years.

Reporter: what are the difficulties encountered in the process of conquering this technology?

Kingdom and: technical difficulties come from three aspects: the development of antibacterial and bacteriostatic agents; the effective combination of antibacterial and bacteriostatic agents and textiles; and continuous bacteriostasis.

In the development of antibacterial and bacteriostatic agents, the difficulty lies mainly in how to control the quality of nanoparticles. We use microencapsulation technology to encapsulate nano silver particles, and the size of microcapsules is controlled between 10~15 nanometers (which can maximize the antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects on human body). The antibacterial and antibacterial textiles used in the market are very short, and they are not resistant to washing. The reason is that the combination of antibacterial and bacteriostatic agents and textiles is not strong enough. Our company has imported vacuum air after the vacuum treatment equipment is developed independently, and then imported sterile air. It uses strong pressure difference to glue the antibacterial agent floating on the surface of the product to the inside of the product structure, which greatly enhances the combination of antibacterial and bacteriostatic agents with textiles, and achieves good antibacterial effect and water resistance. With the prolongation of the use time, the antibacterial effect of most of the products has been gradually reduced. Through the professional cleaning bacteria treatment of our "violet cleaning bacteria house", the long term effect of cleaning bacteria can be again given to home textile products.

At present, domestic and foreign antibacterial functional home textile products can only be limited to special environment because of bottlenecks in production technology. There are several problems: such as single function, limitation of use, waste in weaving and production process, and weakening of good properties, which have great limitations in the technological innovation and application of home textiles. We hope to introduce clean, sterile, healthy and environment-friendly home textile products to ordinary families through independent research and development of household cleaning technology.

Kingdom and violet home textiles are the proponent and the application side of the project demand, and also the leader and practitioner of the whole technology development. With the technical support and assistance from universities and colleges, enterprises have completed some key technology research and experiments in the National Engineering Laboratory of Soochow University.

Reporter: when will the technology be industrialized? What's the advantage of home textile products?

Kingdom and: the technology relies on independent research and development of production equipment, processing fabrics and home textiles products. In 2011, we began to apply this technology to the production of home textile products. Now it has entered the stage of industrial production. It is expected to enter the market in the end of 2012.

Functional cleaning household textile products can eliminate the two pollution and pathogen spanmission in the traditional home textile production process, and achieve the effect of opening bags. The products can effectively kill bacteria and reduce the growth of bacteria in the process of use, thereby enhancing human immunity and improving the quality of life.

In the five processes of raw material collection, spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, and sewing, traditional home textiles are easily contaminated by bacteria and dust. Ordinary packaging without clean bacteria is likely to become a breeding ground for all kinds of bacteria. Therefore, there may be some safety hazards when using.
