Exports Of China'S Textile Industry Remained Low For The First Half Of The Year.

Wang Tiankai, President of the China Textile Industry Federation, said in a survey in Jiangsu on the 2 th, that the export of China's textile industry continued to decline in the first half of this year. There was no fundamental improvement, and the gap between the growth rate of China's exports and exports increased. The export situation is expected to continue to be grim.

The export volume increased by 1.3% and 1.9% respectively over the same period, which has dropped compared with the first quarter.

Wang Tiankai said that despite the slight increase in textile exports in the first half of this year, the growth rate continued to decline, and this figure increased significantly compared with the national export growth.

In the first half of this year, China's foreign trade exports registered an increase of 9.2%.

Wang Tiankai said that at present, the spread of cotton prices at home and abroad has weakened the international competitiveness of the textile industry.

Since the demand for international market is insufficient, the price of international cotton has declined since September 2011, and the price gap with the domestic market has been widening.

In addition to the spread of cotton prices, the textile competitive advantage can not be ignored.

In particular, the processing orders for low and medium grade products are shifting to neighboring countries, and the pfer process is increasing.

Wang Tiankai said that because of the rising cost of comprehensive production and operation, the traditional competitive advantage of Chinese textile industry has weakened, and orders have been pferred to neighboring countries such as India.
