    How can we find business opportunities and solutions in a depressed market? Russia's accession to the WTO, exports to domestic sales, and overseas exhibitions.

    In the first half of this year, the export volume of the company to Russia was basically the same as that of last year.

    At the order meeting, Russian customers felt that the price of our products had gone up too much.

    But in fact, we also have to rise in price because of the rising production costs in China.

    As a winter clothing manufacturer, the price fluctuation of raw materials is basically within the scope that enterprises can afford.

    The most difficult problem I feel is the cost of labor.

    Compared with the same period last year, the average monthly salary of our workers increased by 600~700 yuan in the first half of this year.

    Of course, this does not include all kinds of soft benefits that enterprises need to provide workers.

    After Russia joined the WTO in August 23rd, we hope there will be more opportunities in the Russian market.

    Over the past 10 years, the company has been exporting outdoor clothing to Japan, Korea and Europe.

    Since last year, we have tried to expand the domestic market.

    This is mainly based on two reasons. First, because of the cooperation with well-known international outdoor enterprises over the years, we have accumulated experience in outdoor clothing production.

    Two, the international market economy is in a continuous downturn.

    We hope to ease the pressure of export through expanding share in the domestic market.

    From now on, when exporting enterprises are turning to domestic sales, the biggest bottleneck that they encounter is that the channels can not be opened up.

    As far as our company is concerned, it is still dominated by marketable exhibitions, hoping to get to know more agents and set up brand image in the eyes of consumers.

    From the export market, the order of European customers in the first half of this year is generally not ideal.

    In the face of various unfavorable factors affecting exports, I think enterprises should seriously study the domestic and foreign textile market situation and improve production efficiency.

    For foreign trade companies, if possible, we should go abroad and have a look at it. We can't wait for orders in the "home" because of the bad situation. Participating in some well-known international exhibitions is a good way to expand the source of tourists.
