    The burnt out process is a printing process that prints the corrosive chemicals (such as sulphuric acid, ALCL3, etc.) on the surface of two or more than two kinds of fibers, which are damaged by drying and processing to form a certain fiber component.

    Usually acid resistant fibers such as silk, nylon, polyester and other fibers, such as viscose fiber and cotton, are woven or woven into fabrics, and then printed with strong acid. After drying, cellulose is hydrolyzed and carbonized by strong acid. After washing, they get plucent and concave and convex patterns.

    With the popularity of the regression, rotten design is often used in large quantities of decorative fabrics such as curtains, bedspreads, tablecloths and so on.

    Check whether the baking temperature is suitable, the fabric can be moved by hand under tension condition, so that the residue can be separated immediately.


    The method of direct printing can also be used for rotten printing.

    The latter is pre printed with paste. After drying, it is pickled with acid and steamed to remove the ground color part, which achieves special effects.


    The quality requirements of rotten flowers are manifested in the pparency of rotten flowers. The contour of the flower pattern is clear, impermeable, not flowered, many flowers, continuous lines, beautiful flowers and accurate plates.

    In the process of rotten flowers, the pattern effect can be more eye-catching if the nested printing or color printing is applied to the remaining fabric areas.


    When designing the flower pattern, avoid excessive, too small points, lines and surfaces, so as to prevent the flowers from losing flowers and the disadvantages of flower contour lines.

    For the design of the combination of burnt out and printing, when the connection between burnt out and printing parts should be done, proper gaps should be kept to prevent the mutual infiltration of burnt out paste and printing paste when damaging printing, and destroy the effect of flower pattern.

    It is not appropriate to register too much.


    The choice of burnt out grey cloth is mainly made of the following kinds of burnt out grey cloth on the market: Polyester / cotton core cloth, good pparency of rotten flowers and suitable for high-grade rotten flowers.

    Polyester / cotton blended fabric has poor pparency in burnt out parts and can be used for general burnt out products.


    When designing the manuscript, we should pay attention to the following questions: when the rotten flowers are drawn, the appropriate gap should be left at the flower type wiring, and the lines should be fine, symmetrical and accurate.

    The choice of twist coefficient of 3. core spun yarn is closely related to the twist coefficient of core yarn and the quality of rotten fabric.

    If the twist factor is too small, it will make the filament feel uncomfortable and lack the silk screen style. At the same time, after twisting, the product will easily flab and affect the service life. In the weaving process, the outer part of the cotton part is also easy to cotton ball because of friction.

    If twisting coefficient is too large, it is easy to produce kink yarn in weaving.


    Attention should be paid to the following steps in the processing of burnt out printed fabrics.


    1, when the machine enters the printing and drying room, it needs to be flat and not wrinkled, otherwise it will cause carbonization unevenness.


    2. After carbonization, the fabric will be released in a timely manner, so that the heat will disperse rapidly, so as to prevent the residual acid from eroding and cause the strength to drop.


    3, after printing, semi products in the storage process, the residual acid easy to absorb moisture in the air and extend each other, resulting in the outline of the flower pattern is not clear, after carbonization is difficult to eliminate, therefore, semi products are not suitable for storage.


    4, when printing the sour paste, choose the big round mouth scraper, scrape two knives, scrape the color paste to ensure its permeability.
