Under the background of great importance of energy saving and emission reduction, the printing and dyeing industry has carried out large-scale technological pformation, adopting new equipment, new technology and new technology, and phasing out backward equipment with high energy consumption, high water consumption and poor stability. The proportion of advanced printing and dyeing equipment has been greatly improved, and the level of automatic control of equipment has been continuously improved. Remarkable achievements have been made in energy saving and emission reduction in the whole industry.
Data show that from 2005 to 2010, the amount of fresh water taken from 100 meter dyed dyed fabric decreased from 4 tons to 2.5 tons, down 37.5%; the water reuse rate of printing and dyeing production increased from 7% to 15%, and increased by 8 percentage points; the comprehensive energy consumption of 100 meter printing and dyeing production decreased from 59 kilograms of standard coal to 50 kilograms of standard coal, decreasing by 15%.
In addition, a number of new technologies for recycling resources have also been widely applied in the whole industry.
Among them, differential direct spinning and new spinning cooling technology have been popularized in the chemical fiber industry. Efficient short flow printing and dyeing pretreatment technology has been widely applied in cotton and cotton blended fabrics. The comprehensive utilization technology of waste water heat recovery, reclaimed water reuse, mercerizing light alkali recovery and other comprehensive utilization technologies has reached 50% in the industry.
The development of textile fiber reuse technology has been continuously upgraded. In 2010, China's textile fiber production exceeded 4 million tons. The production of viscose fiber from renewable, degradable bamboo pulp and hemp pulp was industrialized.
