    Sewing machines are the most popular sewing machines with stitched stitches.

    Most of these sewing machines use rotary shuttles, with their spindle tips linked to the wire ring, and at the same time expand.

The front half part of the wire loop is underneath the conductor board, and the outer edge of the leading edge is 45 degrees inclined plane, and the edge of the moving conductor plate is gradually lifted out of the lead frame, and the front half line loop is pushed outwards.

    The latter half of the line loop is drawn by the hook hook of the shuttle rack, and the line loop is separated from the front and rear parts. The front and rear loops are sleeved through the shuttle frame, and the bottom line is sleeved in the middle, and the thread loop is tightened through the take-up rod to form a stitch.

    The principle of forming a stitch is basically the same as that of a swing shuttle, but the process of forming thread traces is similar to that of a swing shuttle.

    The rotary shuttle without the above structure is a dry medium speed shuttle. It can only be used for manual and low-speed sewing machines.

    Slit thin materials are usually made of fine wires, requiring the wire rings to be pulled out from the frame.

    If it is too early to be released, it will easily be caught again by the shuttle tip which should have been idle.

    Therefore, the tail ends of the shutter plate of the slit material are all serpent tail and obviously upwarped, so as to guide the wire ring to gradually escape from the shuttle frame, and let off the shuttle tips, so as to avoid being caught again. The thick and stiff stitches are generally used for sewing thick materials, and the wire rings are easy to maintain shape.

    If it is late, it will be easier to tighten the stitches and the surface of the seams will be shallow.

    Therefore, the shuttles of the slit thick material have short flat ends and no lifting section of the guide ring.
