Denim is dyed with pure cotton indigo.

The weft yarn with natural color is made of three right side twill weaves. It can be divided into three categories: light, medium and heavy.

First use the dyes such as vulcanized or Hai Chang LAN dyes to dye indigo blue denim, then (3) insert colored yarn denim in the indigo blue warp; (4) hang or print on the indigo denim.
