Corporate social responsibility is an important part of implementing Scientific Outlook on Development, building a harmonious society and promoting sustainable economic and social development.

The labor intensive industry is highly market-oriented and full of competition, which is close to the domestic and foreign markets and final consumption. The task of social responsibility construction is more arduous and urgent.

The social responsibility work of footwear industry has been supported by government departments, institutions and textile associations, and has achieved positive results.

The construction of the social responsibility of the industry is constantly deepening and advancing.

After the Spring Festival, the return rate of workers in pilot enterprises exceeded 95%, the highest being close to 110%.

The training of trainers and appraisers, internal auditors and management personnel in CSC9000T industry has been carried out.

After three trainers and appraisers, more than 50 CSC9000T training and evaluation experts have been trained, and more than 130 CSC9000T internal auditors have been trained for 41 pilot enterprises, industrial cluster backbone enterprises and footwear development base enterprises, and more than 2100 management personnel have been trained for enterprises.

To carry out exchanges and cooperation with relevant international organizations and departments, and organize joint training.

With the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, the International Labour Organization, the European Union World Trade Project,

A large number of international organizations such as the government, University of Amsterdam and the European trade association have established cooperative relations, expanded international influence, won international recognition and enhanced the image of the industry.

First of all, the role of the government in the construction of social responsibility system should be positioned as follows: improving the social responsibility related legal system, fostering social responsibility needs and improving the pparency of social responsibility information, and promoting the pace of building social responsibility system: first, the social responsibility information disclosure system based on all levels of government; the two is the social responsibility promotion and development system with the industry associations as the main body; the three is the social responsibility management system with the enterprise itself as the main body, and the four is the social responsibility service system with the service company as the main body.
