Today, these three products have built up a new pattern of "12th Five-Year" development of Shaoxing Textile Machinery Group Co., Ltd. on the basis of three pillars.

In an interview with reporters, Xie Ruyan, general manager of the company, expounded the original intention of a series of product restructuring in recent years and his views on the current spinning machine market and the goal of future product development.

Reporter: 2010 is a bumper harvest for most spinning machinery enterprises, but each enterprise has different experiences and feelings.

So, what is your experience?

In 2010, the market of textile machinery was really unpredictable.

Through the structural adjustment in recent years, our enterprises have formed three major product systems, rapier loom, elastic machine and computerized flat knitting machine, and these three categories of products exactly meet the needs of the textile industry's current product structure adjustment.

Our company started producing small sword bars in 1989, and sold 7000 units a year at most.

Later, with the upgrading of the textile industry, the sales of the simple rapier looms decreased year by year.

At this time, we realized that enterprises must upgrade and adjust their products for sustainable development.

Later, we gradually developed and manufactured the elastic machine and computerized flat knitting machine.

Practice has proved that our decision is correct. Since 2007, the market of the magazine has been improving year by year.

Then there are computerized flat knitting machines. With the increasing labor costs, the increasing difficulty in recruitment and the upgrading of knitting products, the computerized flat knitting machine with high efficiency, large output and strong technological design has replaced the manual flat knitting machine, which has become an inevitable trend for the development and upgrading of the industry.

Our company began to produce computer flat knitting machines from last year. It sold 1200 units throughout the year, and sales accounted for 30% of the total sales of the company. But profits accounted for more than 40%, becoming a new economic growth point of the company.

Reporter: what do you think of the 2011 spinning machine market? Will the fire last year continue?

Xie Ruyan: insiders describe the textile market as a "devil market". Therefore, it is difficult for operators to accurately judge the future market trend.

For example, in 2010, generally speaking, the market of textile machinery was extremely hot, and the order of enterprises could not be achieved. But there were many crises in it, which made the market changeable.

In the first half of last year, the rapier loom in jacquard machine was in short supply, but the order suddenly dropped in July. The reason is that jacquard fabrics are mostly used for bed and decoration products. The state's macro-control measures against the real estate industry immediately affect the jacquard fabric market and then pmit to the upstream textile machinery enterprises.

In view of the three products produced by our company, the booming sales of the magazine in 2010 exceeded people's expectations.

This year, with the shortage of cotton raw materials and the continuous rise of prices, there will still be a great demand for chemical fiber adding machine, but it will certainly not be as hot as it was in 2010.

The computerized flat knitting machine will still maintain a strong demand.

At present, the number of handheld flat knitting machines in China is about 1 million 600 thousand, and the number of computerized flat knitting machines is only more than 100 thousand. Therefore, the demand for computerized flat knitting machines in the domestic market has just begun. Not only this year, I believe that the trend of market growth of computerized flat knitting machines will not waver in the next 5 years.

However, the computerized flat knitting machine is still dominated by exports. Whether the computerized flat knitting machine can sell well this year depends on the export of knitted products.

In addition, our company's simple rapier looms are not the mainstream products in the future, but there is still demand. After all, China's textile market is so large that in quite a long time, the demand of different location enterprises is different.

In 2010, we sold 2000 sets of simple rapier looms. This year, basically, we will maintain such a sales volume.

We will not give up the market for the time being. At the same time, we will further speed up the development of high-grade rapier looms and form different products and grades.

Reporter: judging from the three products that your company is producing at present, there are still many enterprises in China. The competition will be very fierce. How can enterprises win?

Xie Ruyan: all along, we are more confident about the quality of products.

We always adhere to the principle that we prefer higher cost price and good raw materials.

The customer's reputation is high, and the trust cycle is long, so the product will naturally sell well.

For many years, the rapier loom of our company has been able to maintain a certain sales volume regardless of the quality of the market. It is also due to the quality of the guarantee.

Another example is the computerized flat knitting machine that we started mass production only last year. The key components are imported from abroad. The cost is a little higher, but the price is comparable to that of the domestic similar products. Therefore, users are well received when they enter the market.

Last year, the company's computerized flat knitting machine was sold to more than 200 units in Dalang, Guangdong, more than 100 in Shandong and Haiyang, more than 100 in Jiaxing, and in Xinjiang and Fujian.

In addition, in the textile market changing cycle more and more rapidly and similar enterprises increasingly fierce competition today, to stick to and expand their market share, we must constantly update products, develop differentiated products and keep pace with changes in the textile market.

For example, in 2008, we launched the SJ800MB bomb machine, which is the most advanced high-speed air coating and adding machine developed by ourselves in connection with the actual situation of China's special yarn manufacturer.

The machine can not only spin regular polyester and nylon elastic wires, but also spin the polyester and nylon fibers directly into the air, so as to produce Spandex Covered Yarn.

This machine has not only the dual function of one machine, but also saves the equipment input cost for the users, saves the workshop area, and also meets the users' demand for energy saving and electricity saving. It is a highly respected equipment in the textile enterprises at present.

Reporter: last year, the company launched the computerized flat knitting machine in a timely manner, becoming a new economic growth point. What are the specific plans for the new product development this year?

Xie Ruyan: on the one hand, we should further improve the varieties and models of the products on the basis of these three kinds of equipment, raise the grade one step further, and develop rapier looms and air-jet looms on the other hand.

At present, there are 300 thousand ~40 looms in China.

Under the multiple pressure of labor and land shortage and market demand for high-quality textile fabrics, textile enterprises have to consider upgrading and upgrading equipment, which will provide us with market space for developing rapier looms and air-jet looms.

At present, there is still a gap between domestic air-jet looms and imported looms. China imports more than 20000 air-jet looms per year on average.

In my opinion, the main problems of domestic looms are heat treatment materials and two key parts.

Therefore, we should focus on tackling these two difficulties in development.

We have signed a cooperation agreement with Zhejiang University, and two professors have been helping us in the development of Mechatronics for a long time.

At present, the development of these two looms is proceeding smoothly, waiting for the right time to market.
