To this end, Shaoxing County Commerce Bureau has taken a number of measures to help exporters overcome difficulties.

It is reported that from February this year, the Shaoxing County Commercial Bureau launched the first foreign trade risk early warning forum in the county's foreign trade export enterprises. So far, it has held 5 phases, issued more than 50 effective information, and trained more than 300 enterprises, covering nearly 1/10 of the local export enterprises.

Since the beginning of this year, the county has organized more than 400 enterprises to participate in special training on trade frictions at various levels, such as joint CITIC insurance, customs, commodity inspection and other departments, and has organized three special service activities of "foreign trade enterprises entering the customs and entering the country".

For those customs statistics whose export volume reached or exceeded 100 million US dollars, US $80 million, US $50 million, US $30 million, US $20 million, and 6%, 8%, 10%, 12%, 14% and above respectively, they were awarded 500 thousand, 500 thousand, 500 thousand, 14% and Yuan yuan respectively.

For the newly established foreign trade company, when the self export volume reached $1 million or above, each household would award a one-time RMB 10 thousand yuan.

At the same time, since the beginning of this year, Shaoxing county has made awards and subsidies for the export credit system for the first time. The local government enterprises that have obtained the qualification of Customs category A and AA management will receive 5000 yuan and 20 thousand yuan subsidy for each household respectively. The export enterprises that have obtained direct access in Zhejiang province will be rewarded RMB 20 thousand yuan each year.

It is reported that at present, there are more than 1900 enterprises in Shaoxing county that are responsible for declaring customs a class management, but at present only 540 enterprises are in class a management.

The head of the County Business Bureau said that from 1 to August, the scale of Shaoxing's export credit insurance was 290 million dollars, an increase of nearly 60% compared with the same period last year, while the amount of loss reported for export decreased by 49.5% compared with the same period last year, which is much less than the 28% increase in the total reported loss in the city.

In addition, in the trade friction encountered by the county, 21 enterprises were actively involved in anti-dumping and countervailing investigations this year.
