The quality of products and the success rate of dyeing will reach the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption. From the beginning of this phase, we will specially invite for many years in printing and dyeing line to engage in technical work and be good at solving the difficult problems of printing and dyeing.
Common defects one question: how to improve the success rate of one color test? Expert method: if it is the color of regular production, the pretreatment process must be stable and consistent, so as to ensure that each production half finished product wool efficiency, whiteness and pH value are consistent.
And every time before dyeing, the laboratory should carry out the test. The different batches of dyestuff should be compared with the sample.
If there is no problem, the success rate of color test will be high at a time, and even the normal production can not be tested.
If the production of new colors, the laboratory will have to confirm the sample, and before dyeing, it is best to match the sample, preferably different proofing agents at the same time, if the two people prescribe the same prescription, the first prescription is close, the success rate of a color test will be high.
The origin and strength of the dyestuff should be determined. It is not advisable to change the producing area of dyestuff frequently.

Dyeing
There are differences. Using different manufacturers of dyes will make the first prescription difference larger, which will affect the success rate of color test.
Common defects two: how to deal with dyed fabric wrinkles? Expert method: drifting and training pleat is often found in high count and high density polyester cotton fabric and pure cotton thin fabric. In production, because of the hardness of water, steaming is easy to form scale and easy to adhere to guide roller. Long time production will form scale groove mark, so that cloth guide roller is not smooth, and fabric will easily wrinkle.
If a worker has found a pleat in production, he should clean the car in time. When dyeing is found that half of the product has pleat, a reasonable process should be adopted.
Here are some remedial treatments for pleat: drifting to cloth if it is not smooth, temporary crease or mercerizing drying pleat. Lighter, direct dyeing should not consider the influence of dyeing process. If it is heavier, it can be dyed as long as the predetermined type can be produced.
Drifting to cloth if there are obvious wrinkles, no fabric damage, the bottom of the machine is black pleats. If the pleat forms fabric damage, the bottom machine is a white fold.
For this kind of pleat, technicians can use high temperature and super width to extend and mercerizing for repair.
Drifting is severe, and the wrinkles on the cloth have formed aurora. This kind of wrinkle is difficult to handle. The cloth can only be carried out after high temperature and ultra wide width, and then the light grinding process will be used. The crepe aurora will be printed and smoothed and then boiled and bleached. The damaged fabric will be expanded and repaired. Finally, the creases will be smoothed by high concentration alkali mercerizing.
The technical personnel should first accurately judge the causes of the folds, and the different methods of preventing and treating the wrinkles are different, so as to avoid unnecessary waste of technology.
For example, the mercerizing drying pleat is better to find and deal with it in time.
If the drying pleat is not well handled, the shaft can be shred when the mercerized cloth is dropped.
