The project has six major functional areas, including manufacturing area, processing area, market logistics area, comprehensive service area, ecological residential area and commercial service area. There are various supporting industries and services such as auxiliary materials trading market, steam supply, sewage environmental protection, packaging processing, dyeing and finishing, security fire protection and other upstream and downstream industries.

The total investment of the project is expected to exceed RMB 10 billion yuan, and the total construction period will be 5-6 years. In the 4 years, the plan will become the largest textile and garment production base in Wuhan metropolitan area. In 6 years, it will become the largest and most competitive large-scale textile garment in the central region.

It is estimated that the total annual output value of the project will reach 100 billion yuan, which can accommodate more than 100 thousand employed people.
