Chen Zhanguang, Deputy Secretary General of the China Leather Association, academician Shi Bi, Chinese Academy of engineering, chairman Hu Jianzhong of Zhejiang Zhonghui fur Co. Ltd., Professor Wang Xuechuan of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, respectively made a keynote speech for this event. 　　中國皮革協(xié)會陳占光副秘書長以“毛皮行業(yè)發(fā)展及展望”為主題做了報告，他分析了我國毛皮行業(yè)總體運行情況及毛皮行業(yè)面臨的主要問題，并且對下半年行業(yè)的發(fā)展做了預(yù)測;中國工程院石碧院士做了“制革行業(yè)集中生產(chǎn)發(fā)展模式調(diào)研”的主題報告，他指出我國與世界制革強國在生產(chǎn)效率、平均利潤和資源循環(huán)利用方面差距仍然較大，我國行業(yè)清潔化生產(chǎn)水平整體較低，他建議要加大行業(yè)清潔化生產(chǎn)水平，采取產(chǎn)業(yè)集群/園區(qū)，集中治污走清潔化生產(chǎn)的路線;浙江中輝皮草有限公司董事長胡建中就企業(yè)所承擔(dān)的國家工業(yè)和信息化部示范項目“年產(chǎn)300萬張毛皮主要工序廢水循環(huán)使用集成技術(shù)應(yīng)用示范”的情況向大家做了詳細(xì)的報告，企業(yè)采取清潔化生產(chǎn)后不僅可以減少用水和化工材料的浪費，還降低生產(chǎn)成本，減少資源的使用，實現(xiàn)了良好的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益; Wang Xuechuan, Professor of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, exchanged views on the "low carbon and clean production technology" in fur processing with representatives of the participants. In order to speed up the implementation of the demonstration projects of the Ministry of industry and information and realize the popularization of cleaner production in China's fur industry, the organizers of the fur industry in the morning organized the representatives of fur production and processing enterprises participating in the fur industry to visit the Zhonghui cleaner production line. On the morning of 29, vice chairman of the China Light Industry Federation, director of the science and environment protection department, deputy director of environmental protection department of the Ministry of energy and industry of the Ministry of industry and information technology, Su Chaoying, chairman of the China Leather Association and Deputy Secretary General Chen Zhanguang, director of the China Leather Association fur Specialized Committee Huang Yan Jie, accompanied by Hu Jianzhong, chairman of Zhonghui fur Co., Ltd., conducted a detailed on-site inspection of the fur production workshop of Zhejiang Zhonghui fur Co., Ltd. and the wastewater treatment workshop of Zhejiang. President Qian Guijing fully affirmed the efforts made by Zhonghui fur Co., Ltd. in terms of cleaner production and its achievements. He pointed out that cleaner production is the fundamental way for sustainable development of fur industry. We must rely on technological progress to improve energy saving and emission reduction. At the same time, we should focus on strengthening brand building, continuously invest in brands, continuously upgrade the value of industrial chains, and complete the transformation from simple production enterprises to production and service enterprises.
