Printing Of Cardigan Is Constantly Developing New Pattern.
The relief pattern of woolen sweater is a special printing process. The pattern printed on the fabric is strongly contrasting under illumination. It produces a vivid three-dimensional image on the sleeve sense, which makes the sweater look more beautiful and elegant.
The relief printing of cardigan is a new printing method in the world. Its printing principle is different from that of general printing. It is only suitable for wool fabrics, but it is similar to common printing in operation process.
At present, there are many ways to create relief patterns on fabrics. In order to make a better distinction between various production methods, we will make some simple introductions.
1, weaving method: use different yarns of different sizes and weaves, and weave three-dimensional patterns on jacquard weave.
2, tufting method: using special fancy tufting machine, combine the pattern of tufted fabric to produce high and low difference coil, give people a relief feeling.
3, cut down method: in the tufted fabric or woven blankets, carpets, tapestry on the use of cut suede method to create a variety of three-dimensional patterns.
4, printing method;
(1) electrostatic flocking printing: choose the adhesive to print the pattern on the fabric, then cut the neat villi vertically to move between the two high voltage electrostatic field plates, so that the villi are densely planted on the pattern of the fabric with adhesive, and the three-dimensional relief image is formed.
(2) Zou tattoo printing: pre concentrated alkali is used to print patterns on cotton beds, and then after baking, washing, etc., the pattern of froth shaped sand is produced, or printed with anti staining printing. The alkali resistant pattern is printed on cotton cloth. After alkali alkali slurry drying, the cotton cloth is then strongly impregnated with alkali. After washing and drying, it can produce bubbles of sand.
(3) velvet printing: the warp and weft printing of silk fabrics is made of natural silk. The surface is a short regenerated cellulose fiber. The printing is made from the difference of the acid resistance and dyeing properties of these two kinds of fibers. Before printing, the natural fibers are dyed with acid dyes, and then dipped in the sulfuric acid solution, then dehydrated and dried, and then printed with alkaline paste. After the high temperature roasting, the regenerated cellulose fibers which are not printed with basic size are carbonized and steam washed, and then fall off, resulting in a strong contrast pattern on the surface of the fabric.
