The Quanzhou Leather Industry Association said that in order to safeguard the interests of enterprises in the industry, protect the legitimate rights and interests of member enterprises, protect the stability of enterprises and stop the phenomenon of mutual digging in the same industry, and effectively curb the phenomenon of brain drain, under the strong advocacy of the sub enterprises, the association has drawn up and formulated a three party talent Convention through the full discussion of the majority of member enterprises. According to the introduction, the Quanzhou Leather Industry Association has also investigated the demand information of enterprises for all kinds of talents through the investigation, targeted corresponding measures, and will link up with the well-known research experts in the leather industry for a long time to train the existing talents in the enterprises, improve the quality of talents, keep close ties with universities, and make full use of the existing resources to transport and reserve talents for the member enterprises of the association. In addition, the association will go deep into the domestic labor surplus provinces, and help enterprises to recruit and transport workers in the name of the association.
