    The cause of defective yarn is the poor airflow of hollow arm. The reasons for the poor airflow are: the hollow channel is longer (700mm); the hollow channel section is smaller (7mm); the hollow channel is bent in the middle to form the airflow dead angle; when the flyer is rotating at high speed, the yarn moves at high speed in the upper part of the hollow arm and obstructs the airflow; the channel is rotated without displacement, the positive pressure is almost zero, and the center of the channel has a rotation radius of about R100mm with the center of the spindle, so that the bottom port forms negative pressure under the action of centrifugal force and wind speed.


    The above factors make the negative pressure of the negative pressure not replenish, so it is impossible to form airflow and become the airflow of the hollow wing of the closed flyer. The airflow of the closed flank hollow arm is not smooth, and the floating fibers, short linen and sundries that the yarn slid off in the hollow arm is gradually attached to the floating center arm under the centrifugal force of high-speed rotation of the flyer. When the car stops, the centrifugal force vanishes. The yarn defect can be seen directly because of gravity and the friction of the roving strip from the hollow arm. At present, the problem of closed flyer defects is a recognized phenomenon. Semi closed flyer technology has been able to eradicate the problem of closed flyer defects. This technology not only eliminates the defects of fully enclosed flyer defects, but also keeps the hollow arm for long term use smooth and cooling, and it is not easy to produce cotton wax and hang flowers, which reduces the operational failure and the intensity of cleaning the flyer. In addition, the yarn defects of all closed flyers in summer are mostly due to summer cotton wax.


    Through more than one year's observation on the same stage, the semi closed flyer spun cotton and polyester cotton roving did not find any stop yarn defects. For the fully enclosed flyer, the yarn defects were serious in summer, especially when the short staple fiber content was high. Through the general test, when the roving doffing is continuously spinning for more than 400 meters in summer, the stopping yarn can be seen on the fully closed flyer, while the stop yarn defects are not seen on the semi closed flyer of the same vehicle for a long time. This shows that the semi closed flyer eliminates the problem of closed flyer defects, while the closed flyer wing accumulates yarn defects for a long time during spinning, and also accumulates at different degree of adhesion gauze, adding yarn neps and coarse sections.


    The following conclusions are drawn from semi closed flyer and fully enclosed flyer in the data of the one hundred thousand FA423 yarn defects on the same roving frame, the same yarn, the same yarn, the same yarn and the same yarn.


    Through the c18.2tex test, in summer July, the one hundred thousand cm yarn defects of the combs were reduced by 31%, resulting in a significant decrease in the winding defects due to the yarn defects, and the efficiency was improved. Because the air flow is the same direction as the guide yarn and the speed difference is beyond the yarn guide speed, the speed difference makes the Mao Yu direction of the sliver change to the same direction as the guiding yarn. When spinning the yarn guide, the direction of the winding is reversed to the Mao Yushun direction, so that the yarn sliver into the yarn and the roving Mao Yu is reduced by Mao Yushun, thus affecting the spinning of the spun yarn.

    Comparison between semi closed flyer and open flyer


    Compared with the open flyer, the semi closed flyer is mainly to solve a problem of airflow, thus avoiding the transverse impact of the high speed rotating strong reverse air flow of the open flyer on the open ends of the whole arm, resulting in relaxation of the yarn structure, large resistance of the yarn, fiber disturbance and the influence of flying buoyancy on the yarn quality, especially the data of cotton combs and combed hairiness.


    Through a longer period of two flyers roving The comparison between the data of the FA423 and the worcester and hairiness of the same spinning frame shows that the influence of airflow on the quality is very important. Semi closed flyer and open flyer increased significantly in spinning yarn CV value and kilometer detail, coarse section and NEP. When spinning combing Jc18.2tex varieties, 3~9mm has 19% reduction in harmful hairiness.


    The semi closed flyer has been improved for a long time on the Taihang FA423 roving frame with the original fully closed flyer and the original flyer. First of all, one hundred thousand mm, nine grade harmful yarn defects can be reduced by more than 30%, and the roving stop time can be reduced. The proportion of the winder is increased, and the efficiency of the winder is increased. The strength of the air splice connector of the winder is 80% of the original yarn strength.
