Among them, the reliability test evaluation specification stipulates the test method of the reliability of three kinds of equipment and the calculation method of the evaluation index; the principle and method of reliability distribution stipulate the principles, methods and reliability target values of the reliability distribution of the three kinds of equipment; and the failure modes and criteria define the definition, classification, grade, criterion and fault mode of the three kinds of equipment.
