At the 2013 national knitting technology exchange meeting held in recent two years, more than 500 enterprises representatives, experts and scholars from enterprises and industry associations, research institutes and institutions have conducted in-depth discussions on the trend of industry research technology. At the meeting, Lin Guang Xing, vice president of China knitted Industrial Association, delivered a keynote speech. First of all, relying on the existing technology to expand the high-end application field of knitting products, what problems do you think exist in the development? 
 Lin Guangxing: knitting technology must be promoted as a whole. At present, the expansion of knitted products in high-end applications is not enough. For example, last year, some enterprises used flat molding products as sports shoes, less than a target= "_blank" href= "http://www.91se91.com/" > shoes < /a > shoes. Because of the good permeability of products, the shoes were highly praised by consumers and the media, causing a great sensation in shoe material suppliers and shoe enterprises. In fact, warp knitted products, circular machine products and flat knitting machines are all suitable fabrics for making casual shoes. These three kinds of fabrics have their own characteristics. Warp knitted spacer fabric, warp knitted jacquard spacer fabric, weft knitted double-layer, double faced fabric and flat knitting machine can completely meet the application of high-grade shoe materials in the shoe materials. These products have been developed and have great advantages in the design process and production technology of some large enterprises. Expanding products in high-end applications requires enterprises to have an international vision and professionalism, to know the purchasing needs of domestic and foreign manufacturers and the value of their products, and to effectively link them. In this regard, our enterprises still have great potential to tap. On the other hand, enterprises can strengthen research and development with high-end manufacturers, and develop more suitable high-end products. 
 reporter: what are the main qualities required for knitting products to enter the high-end field? 
 Lin Guangxing: the technical content of many knitted products has long been able to meet the requirements of high-end fields. In the 90s of last century, I learned in the Customs Organization's research that many world sportswear brands were processed in China, and many of them were high-end products. At that time, the design was provided by well-known brand enterprises, and the production enterprises could adapt to the strict requirements of the processing process and product quality. However, many manufacturers could not design the product design, or it was difficult to control the product design. This process lasted for a long time, and the exploration of design for enterprises lasted for a long time. Products should be fashionable in the high-end field. This is very important. < a target= "_blank" href= "http://www.91se91.com/" > dress > /a "needs fashion, and so is many other knitted products. For example, the interior decoration material of warp knitted vehicle is one of the earliest warp knitted products supported by the national industrial policy. With the development of high-end cars, the production of automobiles demands higher requirements for interior decoration materials. Fire retardant, anti fouling, Yi Qingjie, sound insulation, environmental protection and other functional requirements are the basic requirements for entering the door. Fashion is the focus. The demand for fashion products such as automobiles has long been put forward, and technology has been reflected in fashion. Therefore, warp knitted products are lack of scientific and technological content and need to integrate more fashion elements to keep pace with industrial upgrading. 
 reporter: what kind of talent guarantee do you need for knitting technology and product design? 
 Lin Guangxing: talent is a big issue. To put it simply, improving fashion requires a large number of design talents to support, and the shortage of design talents is still a short board in the development of the industry. This includes not only design talents, but also managerial personnel and operational skills. Through investigation, it is found that in the design of knitted garments, some designs are difficult to use all kinds of knitted fabrics freely. In some design competitions, there are not many design works that can fully apply warp knitted fabrics. This shows that there is still a long way to go for the construction of industry talents. 
 reporter: what is your comment and expectation on R & D of < a href= "http://www.91se91.com" > knitting machinery < /a >
 Lin Guangxing: technical equipment is very important for the development of the industry. Warp knitting machinery has made rapid progress, thanks to the close combination of warp knitting enterprises and warp knitting machinery enterprises, but the high-end models still need to be improved, and the performance and stability of the whole machine also need to be promoted and the task is arduous. Some weft knitted manufacturing enterprises have not got rid of the design imitation stage, and the overall performance of the whole machine is not strong. However, the overall design and manufacture of weft knitting machines is expected to have a major breakthrough in recent years, and some of them will reach the international advanced level. Weft knitting machinery has a large amount of equipment and is of great importance to the overall development of knitting machinery. Weft knitting machinery research and development will increase investment, carry out research, and strengthen the tracking of key technologies. The "12th Five-Year" period is a combination of knitting production and equipment manufacturing in the knitting industry. The most successful period is the combination of research institutes and institutions and production practice, which is worth further developing. 
 reporter: from a technical point of view, how to increase the added value of products? 
 Lin Guangxing: < a href= "http://www.91se91.com" > knitting industry < /a > continuously introducing international advanced production equipment, the industry level of technology has been rapidly promoted, and product variety and application development have made great achievements. However, there are still some problems. For example, some warp knitted products have not been fully used, and warp knitted products have unique styles and advantages. However, the added value and technological content of warp knitted products are not growing very well, and this advantage has not been fully exploited. In the future, we should further develop the use of warp knitted products and expand the application fields of products. 
 at present, the technical superiority of some industrial warp knitted products has not yet been brought into full play. For the warp knitted light box cloth, this cloth has been developed for over 20 years since its appearance. Many varieties are lower than the original price. The reason is that many enterprises are not advanced in technology, product design is lagging behind, and the added value of products is not high, which makes the overall product price of the industry lower. The development of industrial knitted products should focus on giving full play to the technological advantages and technological characteristics. The key lies in carrying out in-depth cooperation with the use departments in combination with the actual requirements and introducing excellent products with advantages of knitting technology and meeting the requirements of use so as to jointly promote the healthy development of the industry.

 reporter: some experts have suggested developing cotton in warp knitting field. How do you think of the application of warp knitting material? 
 Lin Guangxing: developing warp knitting materials and developing warp knitting new products complement each other. In the development of warp knitted products, we should adhere to a scientific attitude and a pragmatic spirit. According to the functional characteristics of machines, we should do things step by step and do our best. This is science. We must talk about economic and social benefits according to market demand trend and R & D strength. This is the spirit of pragmatism. Cotton and other raw materials can be used in warp knitting machines to develop colorful products, such as underwear, casual wear, lace, etc., and the proportion of cotton is very high, so the product has great application space. In fact, in the 80s of last century, the production technology of short staple yarns such as cotton in warp knitted products was quite mature. Later, some enterprises did a lot of research according to the demand of products, and made some progress and achievements. In my opinion, in the development of warp knitting products, it is feasible to expand the application of raw materials, and develop abundant products on the corresponding models. We should insist on chemical fiber as the main force, and vigorously expand the application of differential and functional fibers, so as to embody the advantages and weaving characteristics of warp knitted products.

 Lin Guangxing: first of all, one principle is that no matter what products we produce, we should adhere to high quality. Only the quality of products can ensure the healthy and healthy development of the industry. In fact, reducing the content of a little spandex can not reduce the cost, but it affects the consumers' wearing feeling. Traditional knitting products can not relax the high quality principle. The technical orientation of the knitting industry should fully reflect the basic requirements of green, low carbon and environmental protection. According to China's "12th Five-Year plan" target, by 2015, the industrial added value of energy consumption of textile industry units was 20%, the intensity of industrial carbon dioxide emissions was 20%, the value added of unit industrial added value was 30%, the discharge of main pollutants was 10% lower than that in 2010, and the total amount of recycled textile fibers reached 8 million tons. To speed up industrial restructuring with low carbon, green and circular economy as a guide is a long-term plan for the sustainable development of China's textile industry and an important symbol for building a strong textile country.
