< p > sixteen, forgery, alteration or sale of the import tariff quota certificate for agricultural products shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the relevant laws for the crime of illegal business operation or forgery, alteration, sale and purchase of official documents, certificates and seals of state organs.
