For example, floating on the basis of the benchmark interest rate, unreasonable fees, etc., these have increased the difficulty of clothing enterprises to obtain funds through credit channels.
Financial institutions should have full confidence in the positioning and market prospects of China's garment industry in China. The garment industry is alive in China. We must implement the central policy conscientiously and make the funds flow to the garment enterprises with labor-intensive and export competitiveness. At the same time, financial institutions should be fair and impartial in the credit process, so that enterprises can obtain credit funds and let the sun shine to where they shine.
The new mode of joint exploration of credit guarantee is learnt that the central finance department will further increase the support for loans to small and medium enterprises in the near future. In particular, it is necessary to give further support to the construction of SME guarantee system. Of course, how to form a new type of guarantee organization through a channel to serve the small and medium-sized garment enterprises is still a tentative idea. We are also actively promoting this work.
We should explore a new guarantee mode that allows local governments to accept, financial institutions to accept, and industry organizations to accept, especially for China's garment industry cluster area.
