In the face of some resistance to domestic sales, many enterprises set their sights on the revival of the international market, firmly seized the initial opportunity of the international market recovery, and achieved good results. In 2013, enterprises continued to explore and strive for automation and refinement. But in the development of the industry, it is also faced with the increasingly serious situation of energy saving and emission reduction, and the tight human resources. We must speed up the pace of industrial restructuring.

Xu Wenying believes that the trend of survival of the fittest is more obvious. From the start of the post holiday period, the transfer of orders to large enterprises is obvious, especially for weaving enterprises with large scale and good product quality. Large enterprises with sufficient capital, stable production and advanced management can attract more orders, while small and medium-sized enterprises are facing a more severe situation. The adjustment of industrial structure is bound to eliminate enterprises that are not suitable for market changes. Small and medium-sized enterprises should rely on the advantages of their own small ships to make distinctive products and avoid confrontation with large enterprises so as to become unique in fierce competition.

Analyzing the development situation this year, Xu Wenying believes that in the market aspect, we should pay more attention to the development of domestic demand market; in production, we should soberly face the phased and structural surplus of production capacity; in terms of raw materials, we should pay attention to the price trend of cotton and PTA and chemical fiber. He suggested that silk weaving enterprises should first adhere to scientific and technological innovation, segment the market and take the road of product differentiation. We should adhere to the driving force of scientific and technological innovation, establish and improve the team and mechanism of the development of new products, and promote the establishment of the upstream and downstream industrial alliance with the goal of the development of new products; we should go out actively and boldly. Second, we should do a good job in brand building and improve the quality of enterprises in an all-round way. We should combine the upstream and downstream industry chain alliances, and promote the fabric brand to the downstream, so as to combine high-quality brands with first-line brands and fashion brands. Thirdly, we should benefit from management innovation. In the face of the current pressure of energy saving, some enterprises have put forward the idea of "energy conservation management". Through scientific management and plan, we should deal with the energy saving requirements such as staggering peak electricity price, total electricity consumption index and unit consumption index, and rationally arrange production, which not only achieves the goal of energy saving but also meets the production requirements. Other enterprises have made scientific management of production through machine replacement, reducing human errors, relieving labor pressure and improving production efficiency. In addition, in the face of severe energy saving and emission reduction situation, enterprises should be willing to take social responsibility and promote energy conservation and emission reduction work as an environment-friendly leader.

In view of the increasing tension of resource allocation in the developed coastal areas, many excellent silk weaving enterprises feel that the growth space is not enough. Xu Wenying believes that we should attach importance to doing well the work of industrial transfer, which should be implemented in the "relocation of processing bases". He said: "industrial development to the cost of low-lying land circulation is an objective law. Enterprises should be like migratory birds.
