Situation of energy saving and emission reduction is grim

Energy saving and emission reduction is a hot issue both inside and outside the industry. At this stage, the urgent need for industrial upgrading is to upgrade the equipment and carry out technological transformation. However, the modernization and automation of new equipment will inevitably lead to a sharp rise in electricity consumption, which is obviously in conflict with the local government's power restriction policy. When the economic situation is good and the production is running at full load, it is difficult for enterprises to meet the requirements of energy conservation index. When the situation is not good, the operating rate is not enough, and it is difficult for enterprises to achieve the standard of energy consumption limit. The implementation of mandatory electricity standards in some areas will sometimes even affect the normal production of enterprises. At the same time, the pressure of enterprises to reduce emissions is also very large. Coal to natural gas is only a form of energy structure adjustment. There are still problems such as high price and insufficient gas supply. We should adjust measures to local conditions and encourage various forms of energy structure adjustment, such as coal to steam, solar energy and biomass energy fuel. In terms of wastewater treatment, the indirect discharge of printing and dyeing wastewater is difficult. It is very difficult for a single printing and dyeing enterprise to meet the requirements of wastewater discharge. The first is that capital investment and processing effect are disproportionate. Two, there is no mature technology case as a reference. Such a decentralized response is better than the implementation of intensive and unified preprocessing. The idea has been recognized by the state environmental protection department in Keqiao District, but other areas have not yet been realized. In terms of waste gas treatment, the state strictly controls the discharge of four pollutants, such as inhalable particulates, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and volatile organic compounds (VOC). There are preventive measures for the first three kinds of pollutants, such as bag type dedusting, electrostatic precipitator, desulphurization and denitration. The treatment of exhaust gas in the textile industry has become an urgent problem for the textile industry.
In view of the problems existing in the textile industry, Cheng Hao emphasized that the textile energy conservation and emission reduction activities should be promoted from three aspects of energy structure adjustment, waste water and exhaust gas. In terms of energy use, we should increase the application of advanced technologies such as solar photovoltaic technology, energy-efficient motor technology, air pressure energy saving technology, power quality harmonic control technology and so on. In wastewater treatment, advanced technologies such as waste water recycling technology, mercerizing light alkali recovery technology, acetaldehyde recovery technology should be applied.
