"This pair of aviation safety shoes subverts the manufacturing process of traditional leather shoes, and uses injection molding to integrate the outsole and the vamp to overcome the disadvantages of the traditional manufacturing process, such as degumming, unenvironmental protection and so on." Zhu Chengkui analyzed the unique characteristics of these leather shoes to reporters, and talked about the excitement, comparing the leather shoes produced by traditional crafts from time to time.
He said that all the aviation safety shoes produced by the company are exported to Russia, which belong to the OEM process. In Russia, the local retail price per pair is more than RMB 1500 yuan, which is 10% to 20% higher than that produced by traditional shoe making technology. Production profit is as high as 10%, which is nearly twice that of the shoe industry. Some of the profits come from the reduction of production costs after the adoption of new technologies. The traditional industrial molding workshop needs 70 to 80 people, and only 20 people can use the injection molding process.
With advanced injection technology, the company has developed into the fast lane, and the company has moved from the double lane street in Lucheng district to a new industrial park with an area of nearly 8 mu, which is two times larger than the original one.

A Ma Xing manager of Dehui Footwear Company told reporters that they had six or seven sets of abrasives, 3 production lines and more than 70 workers, with an annual output value of nearly 15 million yuan. Xie Rongfang said, no matter how, the traditional industry in Wenzhou is from imitation to product differentiation stage, how to support small and medium-sized enterprises to become bigger and stronger, this is a new topic for the government and industry.
