"A certain proportion of new industrial loans added annually by the financial institutions in the city is used to support the textile industry and promote development."

The specific implementation steps include actively participating in the international top apparel display and international textile industry exchange activities, learning advanced design, marketing and management experience; and building a representative office in the global consumer goods market, and gradually infiltrating into the international circulation environment, further controlling the share of the circulation link, forming their bargaining power, so as to improve the status of Shaoxing's textile industry in the global value chain; plan to establish an international capital operation strategy, cultivate a professional team that can operate in the international capital market, and acquire the commanding heights of the industry through the acquisition of the brand, technology and marketing network of the international strong enterprises, or by joint ventures and cooperation.
