Driven by cost pressures, some enterprises began to pfer production bases or plan for another: Yongnan knitting is building a more than 80 thousand square meter knitted city; the two phase of the textile project invested by Fu Hong knitting in Sha Ya county, Xinjiang, has been completed and put into operation; Pengcheng garment has laid the manufacturing base in Jiangxi, and the company has chosen to establish a production plant in Kampuchea.
