Reducing Export Inspection Fees For Textile Products To Reduce Cost Of Spinning Enterprises

Recently, AQSIQ approved the 3 Fujian provincial entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau to apply for assistance measures for our province's export enterprises.

It is reported that after the implementation of the 3 policies, the cost of inspection and Quarantine of enterprises in our city will be greatly saved and the cost of enterprises will be reduced.

These 3 measures are: reducing the charge for exporting textile and clothing products in 2009 by 30%; reducing and exempting the charges for agricultural products exported in 2009, exempting inspection and quarantine fees from export live animals, live birds and aquatic animals in full, and collecting inspection and quarantine fees for half of the other export agricultural products. For the bulk commodities exported to Fujian, such as Tao Cizhuan (tile, block), craft ceramics, electronic clocks and some textile raw materials, which are at low risk, no more compulsory supervision of entry exit inspection and quarantine is implemented.

Quanzhou, China's entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau official said that the new measures will bring more benefits to Quanzhou's export enterprises. It is estimated that the export inspection and quarantine fees of Yongchun citrus will be saved by about 1000000 yuan this year. The export inspection and quarantine fees involved in many other products will also be greatly saved.
