According to Wang Ping, President of the chamber of commerce at Huilong Town, the large scale development of textile industry in Huilong town was completed before and after 1992, and the output value reached 3 billion last year.

Chen Changqiong, a native of Wanzhou, returned home from a textile enterprise in Guangdong last year. He is now an operator of the rapier loom of Fuda weaving company.

She said that the labor intensity is too large, which is also one of the important reasons why Huilong dam textile enterprise can not keep people.
The boss of Hongyu company said that the most lack of rapier at present is that the workers do not have professional schools, mainly from the original state-owned enterprises, so they are decreasing year by year.
On several crisscross streets in the textile development area, the reporter found a new type of advertising -- "guerrilla rapier" who specializes in class.
"Guerrillas" said that many factories had no change in the situation of shift teams, and they only earned that generation fee.
In this regard, Wang Ping, President of Huilong dam town chamber of Commerce, admitted that the local government did not attach importance to employment training and was accustomed to waiting for skilled workers to come to the door. This is also one of the important reasons for recruitment difficulties.
"It will be difficult to retain people without improving production and living environment."

To improve the competitiveness of workers, we should improve the working environment of workers, reduce labor intensity, and appropriately raise their remuneration so as to retain workers.
Wu Zhiyu, deputy mayor of Huilong Ba Town, said that although the town was a large textile town, the enterprises were in their own affairs, small, scattered, chaotic, and lack of leading enterprises, and the related policies brought new opportunities.
The government will guide enterprises, increase capital investment and technological pformation, speed up the technological pformation of the textile industry, and eliminate equipment with high energy consumption, heavy pollution and relatively backward production processes.
