"The output value of glass and ceramic products decreased by 44.1% compared with the same period last year, and the output value of leather and fur products decreased by 26.28% compared to the same period last year. The value of export delivery in December showed that the export of more than 20 categories of agricultural and sideline food processing, food manufacturing, leather garment manufacturing, wooden furniture, plastic film, metal tools and carpets fell by more than 50% over the same period last year.

In the face of the shortage of orders and even the fact that enterprises stop production, raising the export tax rebate rate will relieve the market of light industrial products with a tight environment.

Policy funds boost the pformation of enterprise structure. According to the statistics of output value of new products in 15 industries of light industry, the output value of new products in 9 industries decreased year by year.

This shows that the pace of new product development and upgrading in our province is stagnant. The proportion of high value-added products is low, and the products with high technology content are few.

The reality is that the papermaking and leather industries are the key industries of light industry in our province. At present, the industrial structure and product structure of light industry are no longer adapted to the domestic and international market changes.

The impact of the financial crisis is obvious. In most industries such as heavy pollution, high energy consumption of paper and paper products, leather products, fur products and so on, the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises are slow to adjust their structure, and some enterprises are temporarily shut down.

After the introduction of the revitalization plan for light industry, how to make use of policy funds, adjust the structure, conform to the national industrial policy and ensure the rapid development of the industry has become an urgent task facing the light industry.
