These recruiters always greet people when they come to Guangdong. Many enterprises have their own promotional advertisements, which are: "self production, self purchase, sufficient orders, new factory buildings, monthly wages". "Work and rest are synchronized with work, regular work and work, no overtime work on holidays", and "attractive rooms with couples". A recruited man once said to me satisfactorily, "I have recruited several more than 30 year old novice (no sewing experience) these days." I also saw several young people at the recruitment site and talked with them. A boy from Jianli, Hubei, told me that he has worked here for seven years with Guangdong, where wages and benefits are basically the same as those along the coast, but most of the workers here are still doing the whole dress, while the coastal areas are doing the running water.
