Forum On Industrial Pfer Held In Western China

In order to continuously promote the development of the western region and promote the gradient pfer of the eastern industry to the western region, in February 13th, the western division of the national development and Reform Commission and the Chongqing Municipal Development and Reform Commission took the lead, and held a symposium on "Chongqing to undertake industrial pfer in the eastern region" in Bishan County, Western China.

Jiang Yuanwu, general manager of Chongqing AOKANG real estate company, reported the successful experience of building AOKANG footwear industry cluster in Western China and accomplishments of East West cooperation.

Six years ago, the Zhejiang shoe group, AOKANG group of China, responded positively to the call for the development of the western region, took the lead in taking the steps of industrial pfer, and jointly built the shoes city of Western China with the Bishan county government. Through joint efforts, it turned the barren hills into a modern industrial park with initial scale. It formed an industrial cluster and solved tens of thousands of people's employment. The implementation of the preferential policies for the western part of the enterprises' taxes is not well implemented, and it is suggested to further refine and strengthen the implementation. In the development of the western region, local governments and enterprises that have good industrial pfer and outstanding achievements will be given policy support. In order to encourage stronger and bigger industries, it is suggested that a group of East West cooperative development and effective industrial pfer units be granted to the East West cooperation development demonstration zone (Park) brand, and the publicity and consolidation results will be strengthened.
