Reporter: where does the creativity of silk making mask come from? What are the advantages of the Silk Mask? What are the technical difficulties of the project at present?
Tu Hongyan: at the beginning of April this year, the 18 venture remittance and dreamer activity started. In the activity, we achieved the intention of docking the Silk Mask project in the collision of ideas. As we all know, silk is the product closest to the human skin. Its main component is low molecular weight amino acid, containing silk protein. Its molecular structure is similar to the collagen of human skin, including serine and threonine. Therefore, when the essence used in the mask is added silk fibroin peptide, it will have better absorption and protection to the skin.
For the project, from the feasibility to the technical details, we communicated with each other, and finally agreed that the Silk Mask from the laboratory to the market process, because everyone has the technical strength, so there is no technical barriers, only need a certain test time.
Reporter: what kind of development opportunities does the cross-border cooperation like silk mask bring to the enterprises? Will cross-border cooperation become an important development direction in the future?
Red swallow With the instability of the domestic and international economic situation and the impact of the Internet and mobile terminal technology on traditional industries, the silk industry is facing an industrial transformation. How to make traditional silk products more fashionable and accepted by more young people has always been our problem.
In recent years, Wan Shi Li has collaborating with the Dunhuang Research Institute, Taiwan flange porcelain and Dr. Jing beauty chain to explore cross-border cooperation between silk and Chinese characteristics, such as silk painting, silk decoration art, porcelain, beauty and other industries, so that the space of silk products can be extended, and new industries are constantly being generated. Such cross-border cooperation has not only increased the added value of silk products, and has won many young people's love, but also allowed traditional silk to enter the daily life of consumers in a variety of forms. In addition, such expansion and cooperation will bring win-win situation for us and partners.
In the future development, silk enterprises will be faced with a re innovation of business mode and product form, and cross-border cooperation will give the silk industry unlimited imagination. Therefore, Wan Shi Li will take the cross-border cooperation with all sides as an important development direction in the future and bring new vitality to the silk industry through the cooperation mode of "culture + science and technology".

Reporter: as we all know, our country has been in a weak position in the development of silk brand. How can we develop silk brand? What are the plans this year?
Red swallow When we mention silk, people in our industry often have conflicting emotions. On the one hand, as one of the important symbols of Chinese civilization, it is indeed a proud spot in the field of Chinese textile industry; on the other hand, all its brilliance seems to belong to history. Due to the limited ability of textile technology, design, research and development, and the ability to grasp the world's sophisticated fashion, our country's silk enterprises have never been able to break through the brand, and it is hard to break away from the fate of providing simple production, processing and OEM services to overseas markets.
In recent years, after successful experience in the transformation of Wen Chuang and Chuang, we took the initiative to extend our brand tentacles to the international market and started a new exploration and attempt. Last year, the Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with a French silk company MARC ROZIER, which has a history of 120 years and designed and produced silk scarves for the world's first luxury brand. At this point, this world-class silk enterprise will provide our group with "high quality silk products" "foundry" service, and the dream of "Chinese silk made in France" has finally been realized.
Knowing the importance of brand development, we defined 2014 as the year of brand building. In addition to officially launching the series of high-end products manufactured by France, we have introduced Hermes group's core management member and Hermes silk holding group CEO in order to make the brand more internationalized. We are fully responsible for the research and implementation of personnel training, brand structure and the international development strategy of silk brand of Wan Shi Li group, and comprehensively promote the key layout of the "French made" high-end silk brand and the French Centennial silk brand MARC ROZIER in the Chinese market and the European market.
Industry expansion
Product innovation is a means.
Reporter: "jumping out of silk to make silk" has always been the slogan of all things, jumping out of the traditional silk level, what has been done by the group in new product development, and what new fields have been opened up?
Tu Hongyan: the group has been excavating, inheriting and carrying forward the Chinese silk culture, integrating traditional silk with cultural creativity and high technology. On the basis of traditional silk fabrics and silk garments, three innovative fields of silk cultural products, high-end silk ornaments and silk artworks have been developed and established, and new business models have been established through branding and informatization, from product manufacturing to cultural creation.
In terms of product innovation, on the one hand, we should pay attention to the cultural attributes of silk and operate silk as a cultural gift. To this end, the group has been developing China's silk cultural gifts market in an all-round way, guided by silk culture, leading all aspects of design, materials and marketing to create a brand new product category. For example, the group developed the silk version of the art of war, the Analects of Confucius, and so on, integrating the classics with silk to realize the role of cultural carriers.
On the other hand, we should develop silk's environmental protection property and make silk as decoration material. By redefining "silk is the new material", it has pioneered the field of silk art soft packing products. Silk art is concerned with the environmental protection and life attributes of silk. Silk is a natural recyclable protein fiber. Decorating rooms with silk fibers will greatly reduce chemical pollution, environmental protection and luxury, which is in line with the current consumption concept of high-end customer groups.
At present, the company has developed a series of household decoration silk fabrics, and is carrying out relevant professional cooperation with Tsinghua University. In the actual operation of this project, we will make use of the strong appeal of Wan Shi Li in the industry to convene the 10 outstanding categories of domestic fabrics, table flags, silk rugs, curtains, hand painted silk and silk design, and jointly develop some conceptual silk products, such as cars and fly seat chairs and other decorative materials.
Inheritance skills
Digging the value of art is the key.
Reporter: Nowadays, the society is strongly advocating the protection of intangible cultural heritage. Silk technology is so precious. How do you think you can get better inheritance and development?
Tu Hongyan: silk technology contains the wisdom of the Chinese nation for 5000 years and plays an important role in Chinese civilization. However, these precious handicraft skills are facing the danger of being lost because of social and economic changes. For example, the hand-made technique of Suzhou leather embroidery that made "blue and white porcelain" Olympic dress is almost lost. Although the government has paid more attention to the protection of cultural heritage, it still faces the awkward situation of serious shortage of funds in the process of inheriting these intangible cultural heritages. Therefore, how to better inherit millennial silk weaving skills has become the common aspiration of our silk people.
After visiting many non heritage cultural silk producers, we found that under the modern commodity economy conditions, traditional silk weaving techniques have not been protected by the government for a long time, nor have their successors enjoyed the special subsidies of the state. Because of the historical, cultural and artistic characteristics of traditional silk products, it has not been excavated and developed. Its social value and economic value have not appeared. Therefore, I believe that we should fully tap the value of silk art and promote the skills of the Millennium silk weaving.
Compared with gifts and decoration materials, silk art works undoubtedly stand at a higher perspective, namely, excavating the artistic value of silk. Now, the group spent huge sums of money to build the first museum of private silk culture in China. It opened up a branch to make silk art works, signed with many cultural heritage successors, and worked with art institutes to set up the China Silk Art Research Institute to integrate the silk culture museum. The silk art collection market can be developed, and the price of silk collections can be fairly identified. More people will learn silk embroidery, and these embroidery methods will not be lost. In this way, silk culture has been promoted, and some intangible cultural heritage can also be protected.
Reporter: at present, the construction of the "Silk Road" economic belt has become a major concern of the industry. What kind of development opportunities do you think this will bring for the enterprises and the silk industry?
Tu Hongyan: I believe that with the proposal of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" concept, silk, as the first commodity exported to the world by the ancient Silk Road and the emotional ties linking all the ethnic groups in Eurasia, once again welcomed unprecedented opportunities for development.
As the new chairman of the Hangzhou Silk Association, the future association will adhere to the eight word policy of "culture, guidance, technology and innovation", seize the strategic opportunity of "New Silk Road Economic Belt", seek industrial development opportunities, innovate the traditional silk business mode with the help of the new technology of mobile Internet, establish the concept of winning the brand, and push forward the breakthrough of the silk national brand to cross the world and go to the world, so as to create a broader space for Hangzhou silk development.
