Fujian Leather Shoes Pass Rate Increased Bra Low Pass Rate

A few days ago, the Fujian Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau organized supervision and spot checks on leather shoes (mainly leather shoes) produced by the enterprises in the province. A total of 20 batches of products produced by 20 enterprises were inspected, 16 batches were qualified, and the qualified rate of the sample batches was 80%, an increase of 15% over the same period last year.

Among them, there were 16 batches of women leather shoes, 13 batches of qualified products, 81.3% qualified products, 4 batches of men's shoes, 3 qualified batches, and 75% qualified samples.

It is understood that the supervision and spot checks mainly aim at the folding resistance of leather shoes and the peeling strength of the bottom.

The 4 batch of product quality unqualified items are mainly folding resistance and peel strength.

The main reason for the failure is the poor quality of the flour materials used by the enterprises and the improper selection of the adhesive varieties and improper control of the viscose process.

In addition, the Quality Supervision Bureau of the province has conducted special supervision and spot checks on bra products. A total of 20 batches of brassiere produced by 10 enterprises were inspected, 7 batches were qualified, and the qualified rate of the sample batches was 35%.

It is understood that the supervision and spot checks are carried out in the circulation area, mainly for the formaldehyde content, pH value, decomposable aromatic amine dye, color fastness to perspiration, fiber content and other human health related safety and health indicators and main performance indicators.

The results of spot checks showed that the safety and hygiene of the bra were all qualified, but the proportion of fiber components was unqualified. In the 13 batches of unqualified bra, the failure was mainly manifested in two aspects: first, the fiber types were wrong, and the fiber content deviation exceeded the standard permitted scope.

The main reason for the failure is that the raw materials purchased by the enterprises are not strictly checked, and the ingredients of the raw materials are not identified. They are labeled as unauthorized.

Relevant experts say bra is a product that has long contact with skin. Its quality will directly affect women's health. Some of the bra products made of chemical fiber fabrics tend to have hygroscopicity, permeability and even comfort, which are not conducive to long wearing.

The list of unqualified products and enterprises at the provincial level supervision and inspection of leather shoes in Fujian province is listed. The peel strength of women's casual leather shoes produced by Quanzhou Di shoes and Garment Development Co., Ltd. is not qualified.
