Fujian: Construction Of Cross-Border Electricity Supplier Industrial Park

The largest e-commerce Industrial Park, the Fuzhou e-commerce Industrial Park, started in September, and cross-border electricity providers are the main projects of the park.

The total investment is expected to exceed 1 billion yuan (RMB, the same below) in Fuzhou.

The industrial park, with an area of 248 Mu and a building area of 350 thousand square meters, will be put into use in 2016.

Behind this news that has aroused the concern of the industry is to build up the status quo of the construction of the electricity supplier Industrial Park.

2013 is the first year of cross-border electricity supplier.

In June this year, after the Fujian provincial government promulgated the "opinions on further accelerating the development of e-commerce", Xiamen, Quanzhou and Fuzhou three of the top three foreign trade import and export enterprises in Fujian have carried out the medium and long-term development plan of e-commerce, and the key layout of e-commerce industrial park construction has been made.

The expected target of the increase is 7%. This goal is full of challenges and is not within reach. The "cross-border electricity supplier", a new mode of foreign trade which is conducive to the growth of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, has been encouraged by the Fujian authorities.

In fact, before May of this year, the situation of Fujian's foreign trade was grim. By June, the growth rate of foreign trade and imports had been shifted from negative to positive, while July showed a good growth rate of 12.4% over the same period.

So, what kind of kinetic energy does the cross-border electricity supplier mode provide for foreign trade growth? Taking Fuzhou as an example, at present, there are more than 500 export-oriented enterprises in China, which have built their own cross-border e-commerce business on the basis of well-known platforms at home and abroad. Among them, the comprehensive development power of "Teng Teng network company" has been the forefront of the cross-border electricity supplier industry in the whole country, and has also built its own e-commerce distribution center in the United States, Britain, Japan and Australia.

The electronic business platform of the Fuzhou Straits e-commerce industry has introduced the "Ru Jin group", which has been developed by the US overseas Chinese enterprises. The platform has also provided more than 30 thousand Chinese restaurants with cold and fresh seafood (including restaurant utensils) for cold chain business.

Analysts pointed out that the order form of foreign trade is declining. The business mode of the Internet era has led to a change in the manufacturing sector. In the near future, the development of cross-border electricity providers will become a direct channel for domestic manufacturing and overseas consumers.

Just like the "medium and long term planning of e-commerce development in Fuzhou (2014 - 2020)", the development of e-commerce in Fuzhou shows the current situation of "small scale construction of comprehensive e-business platform, weak ability of third party e-commerce platform services, and a relatively small impact of vertical e-commerce platform".

Based on this, "industrial cluster comprehensive upgrading" has become a direction for Fuzhou and Fujian to develop the electricity supplier industry.

By 2018, Fuzhou will strive to create three electric power industrial gathering areas with different functions, dislocation competition and annual turnover of more than ten billion in Fuzhou, New Zealand's Mawei, Changle and Fuqing regions.

Another important city in Fujian, Xiamen, is planning a cross border electricity supplier park on the cross strait trade center headquarters and Xiangyu Bonded Zone as a carrier this year. The area of e-commerce and logistics industry park is 950 thousand square meters.

South of Jiangsu, Wenzhou, which is famous for its private economy, is also featured by local industries. It accelerates the construction of e-commerce industrial bases in various counties, including Licheng Quanzhou network business venture Park, Feng Ze District SHOW world e-commerce base, Jinjiang Hongshan Industrial Park leisure sports goods e-commerce base, Shishi Garment City textile and garment industry e-commerce business base, Nanan stone e-commerce base, Nanan thermal building materials e-commerce base and so on.

Before July this year, Xiamen, Quanzhou and Fuzhou imported and exported respectively 293 billion yuan, 110 billion 600 million yuan and 105 billion 300 million yuan. Among them, besides Quanzhou's imports and exports grew by 7% over the same period last year, Xiamen and Fuzhou all showed a year-on-year decline.

Under this situation, the construction of Fujian's important foreign trade city will continue.
