Article 1 in order to conscientiously implement the state laws and regulations and ensure that the annual paid leave of employees of the enterprise is implemented, the management measures are formulated according to the regulations on the annual leave with pay for workers and staff members, the implementation measures for paid annual leave for employees, and the relevant state and local labor laws and regulations, and in combination with the actual situation of the company.
