In 2010, Cixing successfully acquired the world-famous knitting machinery enterprise. But in the past, because the price of the machine was more expensive, the global market did not sell well. The merger and acquisition negotiations began in 2009, and the process was very hard. Sun Pingfan was very persistent. After the completion of the acquisition, Sun Pingfan retained Stanger's R & D team in Switzerland and gradually spanferred the technology to China. At the same time, Stanger's global marketing network was used to expand foreign trade and merge in the industry, and gradually completed the international strategic layout, so that Cixing entered the international famous brand camp.
"After the merger and acquisition, Cixing didn't dare to say that it was bigger, but at least it was stronger." In 2011, Cixing's sales exceeded 3 billion 300 million yuan, an increase of nearly 4 times that of 2009.
