The first phase of the project was officially launched.

This is also one of the key projects newly launched in Chongqing in 2012.

Chongqing China light textile clothing city is located in the development area of the Maliu Yanjiang river.

It covers an area of about 10000 mu and a building area of 15 million square meters, with a total investment of 20 billion yuan.

It is less than 5 minutes' drive from Chongqing China Textile City. It is the Chaotianmen International Trade City, which is building in full swing.

The first phase of the project is about 680 thousand square meters, and about 220 garment manufacturers, 50 suppliers of accessories, 20 garment accessories, and 10 garment distribution centers.

The first phase of the standard workshop project will be completed by the end of this year.

Part of our local garment enterprises and textile bed products enterprises will move into their new homes. It is expected that the first phase of the project will officially open next year.

The development area of Ma Liu along the Yangtze River lies between the second ring road and the third ring road. It is located in the east of Fuling chemical industrial town, South to Chongqing highway logistics base, West to Chongqing Economic Development Zone, separated from the Liangjiang New Area by only one river, and north to Chongqing Changshou open area. Reporters learned yesterday from the China Textile and garment city that at present, the sale of the first phase of the project has been completed by 95%, and the contracted enterprises have already broken 200, and signed a strategic partnership agreement with Taobao University, 100 minks and Xingye Bank, industrial and commercial bank, agricultural business bank, Sanxia bank, Minsheng Bank and Agricultural Bank.

In the first half of 2015, the first phase of the project will be fully delivered.

The whole phase is now in the rudiment, crisscross western style factory buildings, gourmet street, entertainment plaza, electricity supplier building, financial center, conference center, hotel and so on.

It is understood that, according to the plan, after the completion of the whole project, the output value will reach 100 billion yuan, and 300 thousand people will be employed. By 2020, there will be 1 billion 3~5 enterprises and more than 20 billion enterprises.
