First, support fur industry clusters to focus on pollution control.

The key to the development of fur industry is pollution. We must intensify our efforts to control pollution.

We should strengthen the fur industry cluster to carry out cleaner production, develop and import advanced production technology and equipment, adopt clean raw materials (using high absorption chrome tanning agent and recycling technology of leather chrome tanning waste liquid, effectively utilize chromium resources, and use environment-friendly non chrome tanning agents) to reduce discharge of pollutants from the source, strengthen the treatment of pollution depth, and raise the level of pollution control.

For the projects that meet the support conditions, provincial technical pformation and special funds for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises shall be supported.

In the fur industry cluster of our province, Xinji leather and Suning fur have already established public service platform, which is a provincial public service demonstration platform, and the construction of other industrial clusters' public service platform is lagging behind, and the public service is not yet in place.

The local government that supports the fur industry to declare the famous county and famous town in Hebei Province, accords with the conditions awarded the "Hebei characteristic industry county" and "Hebei characteristic industry famous town" title; supports the local government to declare the provincial demonstration industrial cluster; after the examination meets the conditions, grants the "Hebei small and medium-sized enterprise demonstration industrial cluster" title, enjoys the existing regional brand reward subsidy policy.
