The Ministry of finance of Shandong and the State Administration of Taxation of Shandong recently issued the notice on expanding the pilot deduction of value-added tax for agricultural products, producing cotton lint for the purchase of agricultural seed cotton as raw material, and purchasing agricultural products lint as raw material to produce cotton yarn.

The notice has been implemented since October 1st of this year.
