Lianyungang Municipal Committee Of Foreign Affairs Legal Service Center Established

After months of preparation, the Lianyungang municipal Party committee's foreign-related legal service center was established, and Zhao Bo, vice chairman of the CPPCC, unveiled the center.

The foreign law service center of the Lianyungang Municipal Committee of the Kuomintang, relying on the Dong Yundi Law Office of Jiangsu, provides services for the party members of the Kuomintang and the masses concerned. The aim is to implement the relevant arrangements of the Central Committee of the Kuomintang, to give full play to the advantages of Lianyungang's legal community, provide high-quality foreign legal services and assistance, resolve social contradictions, promote social harmony, safeguard fairness and justice, promote the building of democracy and the rule of law, and take the initiative to devote themselves to the construction of "one belt and one road".

Recently, the Yongchun County Legal Aid Center accepted the first case of foreign criminal suspects' criminal legal aid after the implementation of the new criminal procedure law, and provided legal aid for 6 foreign suspects in the criminal investigation stage.

In September 27, 2014, Vietnamese, Ruan de Mou, Wu Shi Jin, Ruan Quan, Ruan Zeng, Li Wen and Chen Ting, 6 people were deliberately injured in the territory of Yongchun.

A couple of Ruan Jin and Ruan Xiao led to death of both Ruan Jin and Ruan Xiao. 6 of them were detained by the Yongchun County Public Security Bureau and detained in Yongchun County Detention Center.

On suspicion of intentional injury, 6 people such as Ruan de will be tried in China.

In September 30th, commissioned by the Yongchun Public Security Bureau, the Yongchun County Legal Aid Center hired a 6 Vietnamese Vietnamese interpreter from Huaqiao University, and appointed six lawyers to provide legal advice, defense and other legal aid to 6 people such as Ruan de.
