"Cross Border Fusion Intelligent Textile" Textile Annual Academic Conference Held In Shanghai

The three annual 2014 China Textile academic annual conference was held in Shanghai.

Wang Tiankai, President of the China Federation of textile industry, Shen Aimin, member of the China Association for science and technology and Secretary of the Secretariat, attended the conference and delivered speeches. Yu Mingfang, academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering, academician Zhou Xiang, academician Sun Jinliang, Jiang Shicheng academician, Yao Mu academician and academician Yan attended the conference. The Grand Council also awarded 2014 China Textile academic awards and academic leaders, technical leaders and fifteenth outstanding papers.

Sun Ruizhe, vice president of China Federation of textile industry, Jiang Shicheng, academician of Chinese Academy of engineering, Professor Shi Meiwu, senior engineer of Military Equipment Research Institute of General Logistics Department, and Pan Ning, Professor of University of California at Davis, made the keynote speech.

More than 600 workers, university student representatives and industry media attended the opening ceremony of the conference.

The theme of this annual meeting is "cross border fusion intelligent textile". The annual conference will set up the conference on the development and application of fiber materials, modern textile processing technology, technical textiles, bio based fibers, and the research and application of digital printing technology.

And interdisciplinary academic research achievements, and exchange and discussion with participants to explore the development path of textile industry upgrading and pformation.
