Denim and corduroy are the three largest varieties, and the output of yarn dyed fabric accounts for about 30% of the total.

From 1 to August 2014, Wujin's textile enterprises above Designated Size achieved sales of about 20000000000 Yuan, down 4.4% from the same period last year, and realized profits and taxes of 1 billion 600 million yuan, down 2.9% from the same period last year, and realized 960 million yuan profit, down 10.28% compared to the same period last year.

The meeting pointed out that in the current domestic and international economic environment, the textile industry should focus on integrating resources within and outside the region, establish and improve the textile industry chain in Wujin, form a textile industrial cluster with distinctive characteristics in Wujin, highlight the advantages of Wujin's textile industry, and at the same time, the textile industry in Wujin should pay more attention to increasing the terminal products, increase the proportion of clothing and home textile industry as soon as possible, strive to innovate and pform, actively upgrade and expand the industrial textile products, and expand the field of enterprise development.
