In November 27th, Bosideng International Holdings Limited announced that in the six months ended September 30, 2014, the Group recorded an income of about 2 billion 849 million yuan, an increase of about 1.4% over the same period last year.
The profit margin of shareholders should be 253 million yuan, down 22.5% from the same period last year, gross margin decreased by 2 percentage points to 47.4%, earnings per share were 3.18 points, and the medium-term interest rate was 1.2 Hong Kong cents.
Bosideng analysis showed that the increase in income mainly came from OEM processing business and non down garment business, and revenue increased by about 54.8% and 5.1% respectively compared with the same period last year.
In the down jacket business, during the period, the group focused on digestion, and repositioned the brand and optimized the management and sales channels to meet the market demand. During the restructuring period, the revenue fell by about 19.2% compared with the same period last year.
Announcements show that Bosideng's income is dominated by brand down clothing, which accounts for about 49.8% of the group's total revenue and about 1 billion 418 million yuan.
Non down garment business accounts for about 14.7% of the group's total revenue, about 420 million yuan.
OEM processing business accounted for about 35.5% of total revenue, about 1 billion 11 million yuan.
In terms of specific business, the income of down garment business reached 1 billion 418 million yuan in the first half of fiscal year 2014/15, down 19.2% from the same period last year, accounting for 49.8% of the group's total revenue.
The sales of brand down clothing were 6 million, a slight decrease of 8.2% compared with the same period last year.
As of September 30, 2014, the total number of retail outlets of the group's down garment business decreased by 3436 to 8216 in March 31, 2014 compared with that in March 31, 2014, and the sales area decreased by about 18.7%.
During the period, the number of self operated retail outlets decreased by 304 to 3519, and the retail outlets operated by third dealers decreased by 3132 to 4697.
The income of OEM management business reached 1 billion 11 million yuan, up 54.8% from the same period last year, accounting for 35.5% of the group's revenue.
The increase in revenue from the business segment was mainly due to the production and shipment of most orders in the current financial year by the end of September.
There are 11 main customers in the financial year, and the income from the top five customers accounts for about 78% of the OEM processing business.
