Wang Xuehua also believes that the decision to vigorously advocate "rule by law" is a great guarantee for the development of Chinese law firms for foreign-related businesses.

He also pointed out that Chinese enterprises should enhance their awareness of the law. "Many Chinese enterprises will have trade disputes in overseas investment. Wang Xuehua also said that the formulation and renewal of China's foreign related laws and regulations should be in line with the international community.

"Some of China's foreign related laws, especially those related to economic and trade laws, should conform to the requirements of international economic integration in the reform and opening up to the outside world, and formulate and update laws and regulations that conform to international practices and international standards at any time."

For example, he said that in recent years, more and more cases involving foreign arbitration have been committed in China, but nearly 20 years since the entry into force of the Arbitration Law of China, part of the provisions of the law are urgently needed to be revised and perfected so as to connect with the international community.
