High Tech Smes Lead The Traditional Industries "Electric Shock"

Looking at the map, Luohu is a city of light and mountains, and half a city is a densely built building. This reform and opening up area has long been facing difficulties in the relocation of industries and the shortage of people.

But in the east of Luohu's old factory buildings in Liantang, it has gathered hundreds of Internet and new technology enterprises. This area is therefore called Luohu's "little Silicon Valley".

How can an old urban area overcome the restrictions of land use and technology weakness and attract capital and new technology?

In less than 10 government departments, workers are familiar with the number and entrepreneurial story of every enterprise in the industrial park. Almost every day, they talk about new ideas with different enterprises and entrepreneurs almost every day, organize various lectures, salons and training, so that people from different positions in different industries and industrial chains can interact with each other. One of the purposes is to let the Internet and high technology fall to the ground.

Up to now, a total of 7570 enterprises in Luohu District are specializing in e-commerce business. They form a number of e-commerce business clusters, and also promote the application of e-commerce in Luohu traditional industries such as jewelry, clothing, craft gifts and tourism.

In April this year, the action plan for promoting e-commerce development in Luohu District (2014 - 2015) was officially promulgated. This year, 300 million yuan of Luohu District's industrial pformation and upgrading funds, 100 million yuan was used to promote the development of the Internet business in the area.

Looking at the economic map of Luohu, the commercial flourishing area formed in the evolution of history stretches from the railway station to the people's south, Cai Wuwei, Dongmen old street, Sungang, and bamboo water bamboo shells.

During the current high tech fair, Luohu District made a remarkable report on e-commerce: last year, the total volume of e-commerce in the region reached 160 billion yuan, accounting for 17.8% of the city's total, and the scale of online retailing was 16 billion 500 million yuan, which was higher than the average level of Shenzhen.

In the first three quarters of this year, the retail sales of wholesale and retail businesses above the quota level in Luohu District increased by 179.1%, which is 37.9 percentage points higher than the overall level of the whole city and 3.3 times the national growth rate.

It is estimated that this year, Luohu will achieve 210 billion yuan of electricity business pactions, accounting for 17.5% of the city, an increase of 31.2% over the same period, the growth rate is higher than the city's e-commerce industry 4 percentage points.

It is also quite complete: at present, 7570 e-commerce enterprises in the area cover e-commerce, trading platform, B2B, B2C, C2C, O2O, C2B, e-commerce services and other fields.

Among them, B2B enterprises account for nearly 80%.

Most of the segments have a number of well-known enterprises in the industry.

Compared with previous years, this year's electricity business in Luohu is more intense, and the combination of Internet and technology elements and traditional superior industries is more closely linked.

Relying on the development of jewelry industry in Shui Bei District, Luohu's Zocai, hi, Devine and other jewellery business providers have entered the top ten retail sales category of jewelry category in China.

And Europe, ten thousand goods, October legend, pink and other clothing business operators also initially formed clusters, their electricity business revenue amounted to more than 30 million yuan.

In the south of the people's travel agencies gathered, a group of tourism business enterprises also have their own advantages.

Through their respective electronic business platforms, tens of thousands of Hong Kong and Macao tours, outbound tours, island tours, cruise tours, and Maldives tours have been sent from Luohu to all parts of the country.

At the same time, the convergence of e-commerce and finance has begun to take shape.

According to statistics, at present, 5 enterprises in Luohu have obtained third party payment licenses.

For example, the first domestic electricity supplier "O2O" listed on the concept of "TTG", has bought and nurtured a number of upstream and downstream businesses and related industries, is building its own O2O industry ecosystem; the world's first international trade service supermarket "one taton" last year set a 3 billion 800 million dollar trading volume, and this year the paction volume is expected to reach US $5 billion.
