How does the public welfare organization run in the new era? How to improve the pparency of public welfare? How to design a new business mode and management mode? In view of the above problems, Mr. Shen Guojun has shared many years' experience in participating in the activities of charity organizations such as the philanthropic foundation and TNC (China).

But I have been working for three to five years, and I have been working a little too long.

Two or three days ago, my colleague told me that arranging a time to do propaganda in Guanghua, I was not so sensitive at the beginning. What I said was so good that I had to preach it? In fact, I thought later, it was also good for good things to spread to everyone.

They made a PPT for me. I may not necessarily follow this today. I mainly talk about three aspects. One is why we should do charity work.

I've been working for many years now, and I grew up in a fishing village in Zhejiang. I've been through a lot of things.

That era is not so developed as the current economy, so many public welfare organizations.

When I join in the work and have the ability to help others, I think the public service organization does for whom, and we do the public welfare for whom? I have been thinking about many things.

A few years ago, our friends launched the charity charity foundation.

At present, the project to save children with congenital heart disease is now the largest in the world. By the end of last year, about 25 thousand children were around.

Last year, we were doing orphans and disabled children, and AI and Yintai worked together to help orphans and disabled children.

Last year, the Yintai public welfare fund opened two centers for orphans and disabled children. One of the largest in China, Kaifeng in Henan, was opened this year and the other was in Beijing last year.

Taking part in the activities of these public welfare organizations, I remember going to Qinghai about five years ago. We went to visit the families that were donated by the children, and saw the scene of the children's family's living condition and the scene after being rescued. It made me feel deeply that helping others in public welfare was actually helping themselves. This is very important. You can feel that you have done a good thing and participated in a commonweal affair. Your heart has been very, very shocked and greatly enriched.

You are very happy to do this.

After coming back, you will be happy and steadfast for many days. I often think about what I have done very well.

This is the most important meaning of public welfare. It is not only to help others, but also to help yourself and enrich yourself very often.

When we visited the children's families in Qinghai, you also knew that Qinghai was very, very poor. We drove for a long time to the donated families.

One of the scenes is that all the women we went to, especially the women, all of our friends' families cried and came back crying for a long time. It was very touching.

I think it is the first to help others, but also to help yourself.

In fact, "the beginning of the people, the nature of the good", the public welfare institutions are really involved in many activities, I think it is to reawaken kindness, this is a very meaningful thing.

Second, what should we do in the new era of public welfare organizations? This is also from my own experience of many things.

In the course of our participation in many public welfare activities, we had many, many feelings, one of which made me particularly unforgettable.

When the 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake happened, we wanted to donate money. We asked for donations, and so far, we didn't know how to use this money. There was never any feedback. We never used to say hello and never had any communication with us.

In fact, our employees, businesses and individuals add up to a small amount of donations. That happened too much in mainland China.

Many friends around me, many entrepreneurs sometimes complain when we communicate. In fact, there are many misunderstandings in society. Why don't these bosses and entrepreneurs do good deeds? Why not give more money? After you do one or two things, it hurts your heart, it makes you do it again, and enthusiasm is not so high.

These things have happened in many circles around us, and I believe you may have met here.

You donn't worry about your donation. You don't know where the money has gone and what you have done.

In the past few years, a lot of things have gone on. Everyone knows that it is a girl who is a prostitute and gambles to make the Red Cross like this. You say who is right or who is wrong.

From this incident, you have to reflect on how weak and how bad the Chinese charity organization is.

Against this background, especially with the rapid progress of technology, the rapid development of hi-tech and the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, I feel that charitable charities will face great and big problems in the future, and many of us need to work together to change them.

In the past few years, I have launched a number of foundations with many friends, including the charity foundation.

And Ma Yun and so on, our friends launched a joint nature conservation foundation, and it was also done by entrepreneurs.

Through the nature conservation foundation, we have done some unprecedented and innovative management methods of public welfare organizations in the field of natural protection.

In the past, many environmental protection money was basically handed over to the government or to a certain organization. He did it by himself. Our nature protection foundation was built entirely by the foundation set up by our donors. After consulting with the government, the environmental protection project was pferred to the foundation and managed by the foundation.

We made a more than 150 square kilometer protected area in Pingwu, Sichuan, next to Jiuzhaigou, with wild giant pandas beside them.

Well done, it turned out to be a state-owned forest farm. The local people lived by logging and hunting. After the foundation of our foundation, we called the Sichuan nature protection foundation, which raised more than 200000000 funds together, and friends gathered together.

Now the foundation is responsible for industrial pformation of local people.

Now they have local specialties, bacon, mushrooms, honey, many local specialties, and now our directors and members are not enough.

At that time, I told them that if your output increased, they could be sold everywhere in Taobao, Tmall and Tencent, and the people were very happy.

Environmental protection has been able to pform the industry, and the people have been rich. The new form of environmental protection has been pioneered in China.

We got the money to the foundation, when I heard the secretary general say that the big parks like the Yellowstone National Park in the United States were originally protected by the big family foundation.

Similar projects like this are actually many, many things that can be done in mainland China. Therefore, in the context of technological progress and social progress, we are faced with many problems to be considered.

The same is true in management. We are going to donate a sum of money to ask for a family. After you donate money, you can find out how the money has been spent, or whether you can tell me how to spend the money, especially under the current management system.

We Yintai set up a public welfare institution separately, and we have worked hard for many years. It was not so simple since the beginning of last year.

You are going to be a public welfare organization. It is very difficult for you to declare materials.

If you go to the Ministry of civil affairs registration, no three years can not get down this license.

Why? To report to the State Council for examination and approval, the State Council should take charge of the approval of the deputy prime minister, and lead the whole day, so busy, how can it take time to grant this foundation to you, and the material for examination is also very long.

In the past few years, many people have appealed that the power of registration of public interest organizations has mostly been put down last year. Relatively speaking, the examination and approval is easier than before.

But in general, the management ability of China's public welfare organizations is very, very unsatisfactory.

It is also very difficult for us to recruit some professional management personnel after the establishment of public welfare organizations.

Later, I talked with many of my friends in the circle of entrepreneurs, including some of the more famous entrepreneurs in China. There are public welfare organizations in their own companies.

I can't recruit anyone. I asked the Secretary General to find it for several years.

There are some slightly larger companies whose foundations are already very high in annual salary. I understand that millions of people with annual salary are unable to recruit special professional managers.

Especially when I was chatting with some friends of the ministries and commissions, they also said, like our civil affairs department, the Ministry of finance, the Environmental Protection Bureau, the Ministry of land and resources, and so on, they now have environmental protection and public welfare budget every year.

There are also some foreign NGO organizations working with some projects in mainland China, including many United Nations agencies, but they do not have professional management personnel or lack of people, nor can they find anyone.

Basically all is learning.

To learn MBA or others, this kind of professional social welfare management personnel has so far not been a professional in mainland China, nor has undergraduate education.

No university has done this.

In this case, thank President of Peking University and leaders of Guanghua School of Management! I am very impressed. Actually, I have been thinking about this for three years. I have been thinking about it three years ago and have tried it.

It makes me feel very practical and happy. I really appreciate the leadership of Peking University and the leaders and teachers of Peking University Guanghua School of management.

I also believe that we can do well in this project.

This project got some support from Peking University and our other entrepreneurs. When I was drinking tea with Mr. Wang and President Wang, I talked about this. Ma Yun also very much supported it.

At that time, I told him, if you were involved, or to be a distinguished professor or honorary chairman, he immediately agreed that he said it was a very good thing, much more meaningful than how much money he donated.

He said that it is a historic thing for us to train a group of senior management talents and become the cradles of our leaders in the mainland in the next few years. He said I will do my best.
