Guangdong inspection and Quarantine Bureau jointly sampled import and export Textile and clothing products In the 273 batch, 87 batches of unqualified samples were detected, with an unqualified rate of 31.9%. The unqualified items mainly relate to color fastness, pH, formaldehyde, fiber content, marking, safety of small parts, etc. Among them, Adidas, UNIQLO, H&M and other international famous brands were found to have unqualified products, and these substandard products were all produced in Southeast Asia.

In the 31 batch of samples for Adidas, 2 batches of short sleeved tops were found to be out of national mandatory standards, and the products were all from Indonesia. At the same time, the size of the black short sleeved jacket with a size of Z29353 is found to exceed the national mandatory standard of pH. Reporters found it in Taobao, Jingdong mall, and excellent online. As of yesterday afternoon, except for Taobao, other online shopping centers have already set off the product.

In the 15 batch of products sampled from the brand name H&M, 5 batches of products were found to be out of line with our mandatory standard requirements. Among the 2 batches produced in Kampuchea, the contents of the 1 batches of products in Pakistan and Bangladesh were deviated from the actual values.

In the 22 batch of products selected from the brand name UNIQLO (UNIQLO), a group of Vietnamese produced fibers did not match the tag labels. The measured value of pH value of a batch of products produced in Indonesia was 8.9, which exceeded the national standard.

The 5 batch of products selected for brand name KOOKAI is not in conformity with the national mandatory standards. They are produced in Tunisia, Italy, Turkey, India and so on. Hongkong, China.

This shows that the seat can not effectively restrain children, the reason is that the manufacturer's materials, design and technology are not qualified.

During the dynamic test, the dummy head horizontal displacement exceeds the 550mm limit specified in the national standard, indicating that the child's head may collide with other hard vehicle parts outside the safety space when traffic accidents happen.

In addition, child safety seat also has the problem of failure of the seat belt guiding mechanism after testing, and the failure of the regulating device. The components of the adjusting device can not fix the safety strap, resulting in the child's occupants can not be reliably fixed on the safety seat.

The Guangdong Quarantine Bureau sampled 35 batches of imported ventilators, with an unqualified rate of 100%. The unqualified items are mainly incomplete information, incorrect cylinder and hose color marks, and plug type system which do not meet our national standards. The unqualified items of EMC are electrostatic discharge immunity and electrical fast transient pulse immunity.

Among them, gas cylinders, hoses and other color labels are not marked according to the requirements of the national mandatory standards, which can easily cause errors in the gas input of patients, affect the treatment of patients and even endanger life. The failure of the plug type system may cause the ventilator to not be connected to the power supply. Even if it can be connected, it may cause leakage due to unnormal grounding and fire hazard due to poor contact.

In addition, EMC projects such as electrostatic discharge immunity, electrical fast transient burst immunity and other unqualified items may lead to problems such as ventilator malfunction, malfunction shutdown, function failure, touch screen function or loss of key function, which may affect patients' treatment and even endanger life.
